Very nice welcome at Reception with Michael. I had a special birthday set up in the room. Very comfortable. Nice pool area. Dinner at 23rd rooftop was very nice and the Myanmar waitress turned it around after some initial food issue we had. She made the best of it!!

Good location. Some sections of service were excellent such as arrival and departure! Aashis for example was a great ambassador for the hotel. The let down was the executive lounge experience - food was basic and average mainly because it was set out 30 mins before it was open and therefore it was dry and luke warm. Not the standard dining experience.

We had a great stay at Grand Plaza Movenpick Media City. Although it is primarily a business hotel, it is a great base for families too. My wife, my 3 year old son and I loved the modern design, the calm environment, the cleanliness of the room but above all, the friendliness of the team. The service was impeccable. Check in was quick and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and if there was an issue, it was resolved in the most professional and helpful way. The hotel is in a quiet area with easy access to both downtown and Marina / JBR, the pool area is pleasant and rarely too busy and the breakfast caters for everyone perfectly. There are too many people to thank but a special mention to chefs Lakmal and Rajendra, Santhosh (housekeeping manager), Selim, Reman, Shirley and Daniel. We appreciate everything you did to make our stay so comfortable. We will definitely be back! S.Desai & family
