I visited Café Java and had an excellent experience — especially thanks to Anesya, one of the waitresses. She provided friendly, attentive, and efficient service throughout our visit, making us feel very welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and the food and coffee were enjoyable. Honestly, the service from Anesya and the rest of the team really stood out and made our time here memorable. Highly recommend this spot for great coffee, tasty bites, and top‑notch service! ☕🍰👏

Mido at 365 is a courteous, attentive and gracious ambassador for the brand. His smiling face and great attitude greeted me each time I went to the restaurant. He made sure I always had anything I needed. Truly an asset to the restaurant and hotel.

This is my second time to visiting Novotel Al barsha.we need more food variety in breakfast.so far so good breakfast.HARSHI is the best because she have a good experience with all guest and like her hospitality.i will come back.
