I had an excellent stay at the Novotel Al Barsha! The staff here are incredibly accommodating and kind, always going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, particularly Sudan and Damanti, who were amazing. They consistently went above and beyond, ensuring I was happy and never hesitating to help. Their dedication and friendliness made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for a welcoming and comfortable experience!

Awful experience. The room was not like the one showed in pics. Dirty moquette and bathroom. Safe not working.nroom phone not working. Swimming pool with no sun never. Staff of no help. Never happened in Dubai where my experience is always positive

Excellent hotel, good facilities and friendly service. Ahmed at Front office Very helpful and professional.Also very well located. Pool,spa and Gym on the 7th floor have great views. Conceirge in the lobby guides well for all tourist activities in Dubai. Will visit again.
