Firstly we have never returned to the same hotel twice. Until we came to Rixos the palm! A truly memorable holiday for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We have booked again for our 11 years! Thank you Rixos for kindly upgrading us to a suite which we have now booked for this year! Great way to upsell because it worked! The room was spectacular and view amazing! My children talk about so many memories they made and are so excited to make many more again. Thank you so very very much! See you again Rixos!

The hotel, facilities,food and staff were all were all excellent. Because the hotel is located at the most distant point of the Palm, and the Palm is much bigger than we had anticipated, getting to places outside the hotel in the main parts of Dubai took some time by taxi and public transport. However, both were readily available and cheaper than UK.

return visit did not disappoint, fantastic 30yrs wedding anniversary trip

We returned to this fantastic hotel again for our 30th wedding anniversary and we fell in love all over again on our return it didn't disappoint. What makes the hotel is the fantastic staff members from the concierge to the top management nothing is too much trouble and always with a smile. We had booked a premium sea view room like our previous visit, after our swift check in we where given a 5 floor room that again didn't disappoint and when entering the room, the bed had been covered in rose petals with the words "Happy Anniversary" which we thought was a lovely welcome. The room's view were amazing day and night. Our room attendant was fantastic the room was always spotlessly clean and again nothing was too much trouble, he would always go out of his way to accommodate. The fridge was always well stocked and as my wife is a diabetic, drinks were changed to all light and zero. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and you are always greeted with a hello "how are you today"and a smile from all the staff wherever you are. We made friends with some truly amazing and funny couples, one couple who we will be meeting back there in September who also made our holiday special. The beach, we love the beach as its just so relaxing and beautiful and the beach attendants are so nice, especially Khant Si who looked after us fantastically for our 14 days, the fruit platters and cold towels along with what ever drinks you asked for along with the specially made up drinks brought to my wife daily she loved them. Now lets get to the the restaurant and bar1 staff who made the whole 2 weeks stay so unforgettable, the main buffet one gentleman that really stands out is Jahangeer each day we were greeted with a smile and conversation and his attention to detail and service again as our previous stay was excellent, the restaurant management again would always ask how our day had been and was there anything they could do to make the experience better, but as we use to say to them everything for us is perfect. There was also another young lady who in the restaurant who also lovely unfortunately we can't remember her name but is a credit to the hotel. The bar 1 staff absolutely amazing they are truly some of the nicest people we have ever met and had many conversations with them all, always remembering what drinks and most times would have them ready before you even sat down, their work ethic is applaudable. Hopefully I have remembered all their names Faith, Imran, Sandeep, Sami and Yatesh on our last night even made the time to make a "Happy Anniversary" cake plate and "See You Soon We Will Miss You" which my wife thought was so thoughtful, well you will see us soon as we have already booked to come back in September 2026 for our wedding anniversary again, we can't wait!!! Lastly I want to also thank Amina in Guest Relations for making our stay perfect, always checking in with us asking if we needed anything to help with making our stay any better again nothing is too much trouble and if they can help they most certainly will. See you all again soon............
