This hotel has excellent service located right beside the MRT station which makes it a convenient location for travels within Bangkok. The hotel has an amazing restaurant to cater to your breakfast buffet needs and they're even open at night for night buffet. I brought a tour here and I want to commend this three amazing staff, Phueng, Irin and Ja for assisting me during my dinner with my tour group.

The first step into the lobby, oh wow, such a pleasant smell😍 I had a very lovely experience here, with such a warm personnel who attended to us. Its hard to give genuine review given some staff was great and some not. Good points: one of the front staff was excellent, always smiling and helping. Most reception staff were not smiling and they look like they hate their job (including the reception manager). Room service was nice but the room itself had a a clogged sink. Sofa in the cafe was wet after some trying to clean the stain but all the water sink inside it. Restaurant staff and a roof bar - only one in each was smiling and happy to see the customer and help. The rest were like they are in prison and hate their job. In general the main hotel manager should be replaced if they cannot train or find the right people for the tourism business. Lastly, tips from customers are not to share with all staff. - a tip is for a specific person, not for those doing nothing. Customers will not leave tips if that has to be shared with everyone.
