We are repeat visitors to this hotel but have not stayed here post covid. After multiple attempts and changing pricing we decided to book using our Accor membership. We were told there would be a charge for an extra bed for our son. When we checked in I found out it is 1500 Baht a night without a breakfast. This price seems very high when compared to other hotels in the area. They then agreed to give our 10 year old son a breakfast but no breakfast for any one else in our family. Initially when I enquired it was 1000 Baht a night without breakfasts for the family. In addition to this the reception we received was cold and dismissive. Absolutely no warmth of welcome. We were served by ‘Gun’. An extensive deposit to cover incidentals was taken -3000 baht a night. The room we have smells of smoke and sadly we are not impressed at all with this hotel and would not recommend. We were moved for the room which we appreciated. Very disappointed with this hotel and the level of service offered. The bell boys at least seemed polite and helpful. Last year we stayed at another Accor hotel in Bangkok not far from Pullman Kingpower and the welcome, service and kindness compared to this hotel was poles apart. People booking this hotel not to be mindful of the quality and standard that appears to be missing from a 5 star rated hotel.

As repeat guests, your loyalty is incredibly important to us, and we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations on this visit. We understand your concerns about the extra bed charge and the breakfast arrangements, and we are truly sorry for any confusion or frustration caused. Regarding the extra bed charge, as per our hotel policy, the cost for an extra bed is 1,500 THB per night. When a booking is made without breakfast, we are pleased to offer an in-house guest discount on our buffet breakfast, which can be enjoyed by all family members. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly during your inquiry or check-in process. As for the deposit, we do collect a deposit of 1,000 THB per night for bookings paid in advance, for 3 nights is 3,000 THB. This deposit is a standard procedure to cover incidental charges during your stay. We understand that this might seem high, but it is a security measure to ensure a smooth check-out experience. We are genuinely sorry that the reception you received did not feel warm or welcoming. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will address your comments with our front desk team to ensure we maintain the level of hospitality that our guests expect and deserve. We also sincerely apologize for the condition of the room you were first assigned. We appreciate your understanding and are grateful that we were able to move you to a more suitable room. We will investigate the issue of the smoke smell and take immediate action to ensure this does not affect future guests. We are glad that you recognized the bellboys' polite and helpful service, and we truly value your feedback. Please know that your comments are taken seriously and will be used to improve the experience for future visitors. Being an Accor Live Limitless Platinum member, we stayed at Pullman Bangkok King Power in an Executive Room (32 sqm) for nine nights in December 2023. During our stay, we dined at Cuisine Unplugged, the Executive Club Lounge, Tenko, and the Pool Bar. What exceeded our expectations: Breakfast, evening cocktail, and guest service at the Executive Club Lounge. Exclusive Omakase private dining experience at Tenko. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Pullman Bangkok King Power.

Pullman never fail once for the service and quality of the hotel. I choose there because i dont really like to take BTS and i only take taxi. This hotel is not traffic jam zone. So its very easy for me. Breakfast is quality and alot of option. I stayed at the suits and i have access to executive lounge at 5 to 7 pm. The food there are alot better and alcohols session are huge. I love to try all their cocktail. Its yummy. House keeping team is perfect. They are really professional. And they have buffet dinner. I am accor plus member and i got 50% off for 2 person deal. Lobster buffet on weekends. I just went there last week dec 2024. Value for money. And King Power Duty Free shopping is just beside only. 2 mins walk just to cross the small lane. And alot of foodcourts too. Very easy.

I’ve been coming to Bangkok for 2 decades. I usually stay in hotels around Sukhumvit,Siam,Pathunam,Silom,Bangrak areas,which are close to my business and medical checkups.So Bangkok is a city that can be called my ‘second home’. This time,I was booking for a hotel was close to the airport rail link station and getting local vibes. Actually,Phayathai station to hotel distance is not too far apart in a crow fly straight line. My wife and I slowly walked from the Phayathai Station to the hotel at night,pushing our luggage. It took us 10 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel lobby. We arrived at the front desk at around 8 pm on November 30. We got friendly smile of the FO staff on duty and the welcoming aroma of the hotel lobby made us feeling relaxed. Our room,1432,was on the upper floor and felt larger due to the layout of the room. The hotel had prepared a fruit platter,ice bucket,orchids and greeting card in the room,as usual ,to welcome us warmly.Thanks for sending chocolates,snacks and ice cubes bucket for the 4 nights I stayed. Our bed was comfy and amenities were perfect. Only one thing, I had to meet the doctor early the next morning,and didn’t get up early the next days, so I didn’t have to try breakfast at the hotel. But it was convenient to be able to buy groceries nearby. I had to walk 3 minutes to a very gastronomic pork stew and duck noodle shop, Northern Thai food restaurant,coffee shop,several restaurants at cinema theatre and 7/11 stores. There was a King Power Duty Free Mall next to the hotel, so I bought some perfume and liquor. I have a car rental app such as in Drive,Bolt and Grab on my phone,so renting a car was reasonable price and not too difficult. It’s also convenient to use the BTS sky train due to close to the both Phayathai and Victory Monument stations. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Clean with flawlessly. Especially house keeping staff on duty named Aung Lwin who came from Taunggyi,Myanmar was prominent. The hotel located in a quiet area,away from noisy,surrounded by trees and greenery,so it’s peaceful. It convenient for me,who doesn’t like noisy as well. I would like to suggest that the hotel management team should update their information such as previous free shuttles service to Victory monument station, Paid bus service from King Power mall to Suvanabhumi airport. Just no update information at all. We’ll be back soon to listen to the piano music again while sipping cocktails at the hotel. Thanks for your hospitality!
