Adison provided excellent concierge service. He helpful with providing information about the hotel and surrounding area. He has a good command of the English language. I believe he should be promoted to a higher position. He is an outstanding representative for the company.

Very beautiful hotel, timeless aesthetic, the most friendly and helpful staff and amazing food. The rooms are super big, cosy and beds comfortable. Qudos to Adison at concierge who is hands down the best human i have met yet. Definitely will be back

Amazing hotel fantastic and curtious, friendly and always welcoming staff. House keeping staff Maliwon was extremely efficient. The location is amazing the breakfast was amazing and the staff overall from start to finish are exceptionally professional.

Reception staff were adequate. Addison, the concierge was exceptional. Desperately trying to achieve our requests (which he did). The room cleanliness was satisfactory but you must remember with this is a fast guest turnover. There is a very very pleasant general restaurant attached.
