First time I've stopped here, but I think definitely not the last. The hotel itself is located in a great area, with plenty to do near by. The rooms are also very nice and spacious. However what really sets it apart are the fantastic staff. They are really friendly and helpful and deliver brilliant service. Special thanks must go to Don, Liew and Kwang from the Privilege Club (especially Liew who was so genuinely friendly). After many visits to Bangkok and stopping at various hotels in the Sukhumvit area this is now my favourite!

I have been staying here for several years now and always enjoy my stay. Housekeepers (Wen) on the 9th floor are nice and provide excellent service.

Location is good, atmosphere is nice, very convenient, very popular. Rooms are big and clean, definitely a good experience here. As for the noise level, u can here ur neighbor but not from the street, i think it's tolerable after all. 5 stars for room service Tum. And for another female staff who helped me, i forget to ask her name, next time i'll ask her lol.
