Нам все понравилось в отеле кроме самого номера, к сожалению для нашей семьи было мало места и неудобно жить с открытым туалетом, странный дизайн. Стоит добавить что дважды после ресторана у меня и потом у моей жены болел живот, хорошо что у нас были подходящие лекарства чтобы успокоить боль в животе

While we are pleased to know that there were aspects of the hotel you liked and that you found our team hardworking and friendly, we deeply regret the shortcomings you experienced, particularly regarding the room size, outdated condition, cleanliness, and towels. Your comments about the open bathroom design and limited space for a family stay are well noted, and we understand how this could be uncomfortable. We are especially concerned to learn about the discomfort you and your wife experienced after dining at our restaurant. Please accept our sincere apologies for this matter.
