I have been staying in many places in Bkk but Grand Mercure is the only one which really makes me feel like at home. Extremely friendly staff and managament who are always there to help with every small detail. Big pool area and huge room sizes which makes it a perfect fit for families. Also 5min walk to different malls, BTS stations and more.

Bad for loyal families Arrogant employees, poor management who inflate the price without any reason even for loyal customers... Since last time, we noticed a lot of hookers during the night. So Grand Mercure is actively supporting the sex industry (famous guest friendly option). What a pity! Unfortunately, we will not come back Date of stay: July 2023

I actually live in the his excellent establishment for long periods of time over the last several years, so I know that the quality of this hotel is persistent. All the rooms are suite or better described as spacious lovely apartments or condominium. With all the comfortable amenities needed (including the most comfortable bed and pillows!) equipped with a kitchen, laundry machine and a small great Balcony! Everything is always well maintained and immaculately clean over the years! The breakfast is served at the roof top restaurant that is located beside the pool and that’s a great way to start the day. The excellent manager of this hotel is Mr. BT and together with his best ever staff, they make sure that I receive the best possible service again and again over the years! Thank you all for making my stays with you so perfect 🙏🙏

Overall Hotel is situated very conveniently to Sukhimvit Road, plus all restaurants and Thai massage, shops, staff, incredibly friendly, and competitively priced. And unusual feature of this hotel is it has a pet friendly area, and also has a sauna and gym on the top floor next to pool

Another wonderful stay at the Grand Mercure Bangkok Asoke Residence in June 2023. Always a very warm and welcoming reception at the Grand Mercure Asoke. I opted to take the hotel car service from the airport to the hotel, although more expensive than a standard taxi it's great to know that the driver knows exactly where he is going and after a long haul flight the experience was a very good one. I arrived early and my suite was ready and waiting for me. There are no 'rooms' at the Grand Mercure Bangkok but rather very spacious one bedroom suites with lounge, dinning room, bedroom (so comfortable), kitchen, two bathrooms, two televisions, I also had a small balcony to take in the sights of the area. The location of the hotel is in a residential area of the City but only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the City; the area is served perfectly by the BTS (Sky Train) and the MRT (Underground Network) allowing for good value transportation around the City. The hotel has it's own Tuk Tuk service which runs during the day from the hotel to the main Sukhumvit Road and both the MRT and BTS stations. Lots of shops in the area, coffee bars, restaurants, massage parlours, Seven Elevens and supermarkets in both the Terminal 21 shopping centre and the Robinsons department store. The hotel is spacious and very comfortable. The swimming pool is situated on the 14th Floor with extensive views of the surrounding areas, there is also a small gym / fitness room and breakfast is served everyday in the breakfast room also on the 14th floor where Lunch is also served. There is an in-house laundry service, however each kitchen has a washing machine / dryer, ironing board and iron for those who prefer to do it themselves - the laundry service will do only the ironing if required, which makes the laundry service much better value. I'm hooked on this place! The General Manager, Khun BT is always very welcoming and very quick to take action if there are any problems at all. Khun BT and his entire team do everything possible to make me feel very special - thank you!! I'm looking forward to my next trip to BKK
