Have a great experience during check-in, Khun Pim, Khun Mali and Khun Bright, were listened to my request and commented then try to solve my problems. In room chocolate for welcoming back were great, also found more in coffee shop. 😆 Breakfast seem too healthy, not much choices for protein. Everything were great but parking lots seem fair.

Very green and lovely hotel. Feels like a resort in the middle of Bangkok City. Check in was super smooth. The reception (Bright and Kik) are very helpful and kind. The hotel is equipped with all facilities, swimming pool, gym, and lounge. It is also strategically located nearby Sky Train (they also provide free shuttle from hotel to nearest Sky Train station)

Wonderful surprise of a property well located, having a garden. It's an oasis in this vibrant city. Breakfast was healthy and with many choices, totally 5* standards. The lobby and common areas are renovated in a refined way. I've enjoyed the fitness with unique training machines, with a view to the garden, I've loved it. My room was also very pretty, I recommend booking one with garden view. The spa is luxurious and elegant. I've made the good choice to book a massage there and it was the best in Thailande. Everyone was professional, friendly and devoted. The Front Office team is extremely kind. I want to thank: Kik, Mix, E-mail, Nan, Bright, Pai, Suda & Fourth (Spa). Also the maid who has discretely cleaned my room each day and left a flower with a sweet wish ( I think his name is M). I'll definitely book this property for my next stay in Bangkok !

Great hotel with amazing staff. Second time staying here this year and both experiences were exceptional. Bright and Bonus from front desk took extra mile with my requests. Hotel is centrally located with convenient access to public transportation and shopping malls.

We have good experience and staff name Amran really helpful. We also accidentally left neck pillow and the staff help to find and return to us. Recommend hotel for couple and family. Easy to check in and check out. Quite hotel..good for old couple tooo Good services
