It was a very good experience overall. All aspects of the services were covered by the hotel. The staff was very cooperative and prompt in providing services. The staff named ‘Bank’ was quite hard working and he made sure that all problems were cleared immediately and also other services were on point.

Fabulous server at breakfast who looked after us royally and couldn’t have been more helpful. Dream is at asset to the Mercure brand and they are lucky to have him. Also Luk deserves praise too. Thank you Dream and Luk for making our trip memorable.

One of of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Rooms are dingy and very dated the bathrooms need complete renovation the breakfast was just edible the service was the worst. Attitude and behaviour very poor for a Grand Mercure. I am an Accor Member but would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please don’t stay here there are many better options in Bangkok and much better locations.

Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium, formerly Avani Atrium, has been renovated since 2023. The furniture and room facilities are still in good condition, but what I appreciated most was the cleanliness — it almost felt like a brand-new hotel. This trip was for a work meeting, so I didn’t get to use benefits such as the lounge or complimentary breakfast. There is a bar in the hotel, and during my stay a DJ was playing, creating a relaxed atmosphere for a casual drink. I also used the fitness center, which is spacious, well-equipped, and looks newly updated. The location is convenient, with Phetchaburi MRT station nearby. Overall, a pleasant stay. I’ll return to enjoy the full benefits next time.
