The WiFi and cell service was terrible, easily fixed if you purchase a few more access points. When I told the front desk I needed to buy the fast WiFi just to send emails they said”yeah when the hotels so full the service isn’t great” huh?

The service from the team is good, the keys wouldn’t work at check in and again the WiFi service is rough. The team is great though, thank you.

Very nice hotel for conferences. I scored so low because I was not acknowledged as Silver member and did not enjoy all benefits (like welcome drink)

Great conference stay

Stayed for the PROUD Conference last week. Had a wonderful stay. Only issue with my room was the balcony door was almost impossible to open. Everything else was great. The rooftop tacos were delicious.
