Stayed for 3 nights the flooring is awful like being in squid games hard to find way out lift was broken was clean breakfast basic breakfast staff and receptionist never on site always out the front door of the restaurant smoking then come in touch the breakfast food s for topping up not one of them washed their hands swearing and complaining about working too much slagging off another staff member Charlie I think they said great staff team

Une chambre sans fenêtre qui ne voit jamais la lumière du jour, pas de parking, un quartier qui craint et un petit déjeuner vraiment pas terrible.

Zimmer spartanisch eingerichtet (taugt aber), Einstellungen der angepriesenen Klimaanlage können nicht alle veröndert werden (Lüftergeschwindigkeit ist gesperrt), womit sie nutzlos ist, wenn man an einem warmen Tag spät im Hotel ankommt. Zimmer mit Blick auf eine Mauer, Fenster lassen sich nur 5 cm öffnen. Die Nachbarschaft ist dreckig und versifft, man fühlt sich wie in der Bronx und will hier nachts bestimmt nicht mehr raus. Die Bar unten war ganz nett, das war's dann aber auch.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE The man from the reception has let me in the car park and asked him when I paid what about the parking do I need to log the car in he said no ,no instructions got given either to pay or log the car in he said just get close to barriers and drive out. I had breakfast and when to reception and checked out and asked again the lady whether I need to give you my car details as I’m parked downstairs ,she said no you don’t need to do anything and handed over the room card. When I spoke to this guy called JOY he asked if the girls was English maybe she didn't understand you , it's quite concerning if you have people working in reception and don't understand you the other staff like managers having breakfast and smoking outside letting one non English speaker to look after costumers Under no circumstances I would have driven out Without paying if I was aware of it and I did make sure and asked twice and in both occasions the failed to give me correct information and it's your responsibility to who you employ and why should I have to deal with a parking fine for your incompetence still sending parking reminders ongoing. Awful people.

Really nice rooms, very clean and comfortable, great bathroom too and big fluffy towels. I was a bit worried about having no window, but they had a light that looked like a window which was pretty cool. Excellent breakfast choice - continental. No noise at all and I had a great nights sleep. The room did not have a kettle or tea/coffee making facilities but I was not bothered by this.
