Raffles Europejski Warsaw

We had a really wonderful time at the Raffles Europejski. The rooms and facilities are beautiful, and so is the spa. The breakfast is fantastic. And so is the service. All members of staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Last but not least, the hotel is in an excellent location to visit Warsaw.

Outstanding stay in a beautifully hotel. In that hotel you will find a cozy atmosphere and tasteful of luxury design. All what we had experience in Raffles hotel was at the high standard level Charming attentive, friendly and helpful staff Beautiful and cozy spa, The hotel was super clean I highly recommend the fabulous breakfast which let the flavors delight your senses. Make sure you don't miss the patisserie with its best cakes in town. Do yourself a favor and do not compromise on less than Raffles hotel. This is the most recommended hotel in Warsaw

Thanks for an amazing stay at an amazing hotel. Luxury, service, food, drinks, the suite, everything just as it should be. The concierge were brilliant and even arranged a helicopter to get us to our next location. Nothing too much trouble. Service that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Well done and thanks.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly. It was an excellent experience. The hotel location is perfect; very close to the old town and a lovely park right next to it. The rooms are spacious and have great cabinet storage space. D

I had a very severe allergic reaction in the middle of the night and their staff was able to help my husband find medication at 3:00am. They also helped book our train tickets for our trip to Krakow the next day and even packed us breakfast boxes. When we retuned from Krakow, we were greeted with fresh fruit and chocolates in our upgraded room. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels, and this one has had by far the friendliest and most helpful staff. In terms of luxury, no detail is spared in this hotel. The towel warmers are always on, curtains close with a push of a button, state of the art lighting, beautiful decor, historical charm, spectacular location, and the list could go on. This is a must stay when in Warsaw. I want to personally thank the staff at Raffles Hotel Europejski, including Bart, Michael, and the women at the check in desk. We look forward to our next stay!
