Visited to see a concert in Warsaw hotel rooms were nice and hotel very clean and staff welcoming . Location short walk to old town and tram or bus in to the centre . Hotel put a special display up and quiz for the Taylor swift fans that was very good off them . Really enjoyed the visit and would recommend the hotel

We visited hotel on July 2024 and stayed four days. Hotel is located in a great place to the old town of Warszawa. There are good public transportation possibilities (tram, underground, bus and train) nearby and they're pretty easy to use even for a foreigner. I used Jakdojade mobileapp where you can check out the schedules and make a travel plan and buy a tickets. If you combine those with Google maps you find your ways easily. The interior of hotel is clean. Breakfast is good, but in a longer stays it can get a bit boring. We tested hotel own dinner restaurant and food was very good. There are tons of different restaurants and cuisine options in Warsaw. Rooms were good and clean. Not luxurious, but very functional and bed was very good. Personnel was were friendly and helpful. I would visit again in future.

Hey! I'm really sorry, I know this is not the intended purpose for this section and I will delete this as soon as I can. Just please answer my question if you can. If I am 18 years old, but my partner who is coming along is underage and is not a relative, does that person need any type of parent permission (signed etc.) or can they simply come with me? (1 star is just to get your attention)

Funny, Oliver T. On May 24 wrote a review detailing the air conditioning letting out a scream that wouldn’t stop. My exact experience. I was in room 132. You might want to fix that. It made for a miserable night with no sleep. I like the location. An easy 10-12 minute walk to the Polin Museum, and about a 20-25 minute walk to the Old Town. There is a Spar Supermarket, 3 minutes walk to the right. Another 3 minutes, there’s an Auchan Supermarket. To the left of the hotel cross the street, and there’s a great Zapka mini-market, which has everything. A good-sized room, nice bathroom, great bed, and excellent WiFi. The people at reception were pleasant.

The hotel itself is nice to look at and the beds are comfortable. However a few hours into our check in we turned the air-conditioning on as it was very hot. The air conditioning unit let out a high pitched scream that didn't stop, it was very loud. I asked reception if we could move room and was told to just turn the Aircon off as it doesn't work anyway (would have been nice to know before booking in summer.) What counteracted this was having no hot water in the evening so at least we were cold after an evening shower. What absolutely tops off the experience though is on leaving my wife found a sanitary towel bag from previous guest in our bathroom that had a used bloody sanitary towel in. That is unacceptable as far as hygiene is concerned as it is essentially medical waste that should have been disposed of when the room was cleaned. Absolutely won't be staying again.
