Ibis Warszawa Centrum 2 ดาว

I booked the brand-new Agora room, and it was amazing. The bed was the best I've ever slept in, the room was clean and tidy. The online check-in option is amazing, the receptionists are really kind and helpful. I stayed here for 2 nights, and I didn't have any problem with the traffic. Also, the hotel is located just the starting point of the huge skyscrapers. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Moreover, the dinner and breakfast were also really good, I think it worth the price of it.

Good location for transit or just to visit the city, nice modern and clean hotel, good price, good breakfast and staff. Hotel good for business or for family. Big parking, but you have to pay additionally.

We stayed for a long weekend (3 nights) at Ibis Warszawa Centrum. The checkin was very efficient and the staff were helpful. Room was comfortable and all facilities were clean and in working order. At checkout, the staff were also very helpful and stored our bags for a few hours without charge. Overall, a very good stay and I recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for a week in June/July. However, it was not a pleasant experience. The reception desk are not customer friendly. They do the minimum that they have to, do not interact with customers and on one occasion we witnessed a member of staff smirking at a customer who asked for help. Breakfast is basic. Choice of 2 hams, 1 cheese and very small rolls. When staying at other IBIS hotels the breakfast selection has been much more varied and more of it. Again the restaurant staff with one exception and the trainees were not friendly. No good morning, very straight faces. The staff create an unwelcoming atmosphere.. On one day I room was not cleaned.

We got kind a fooled by the name "Ibis Warszawa Centrum" bc it takes a long walk from the hotel to the city center. The rooms do not look at all like the photos on the website. And even with closed windows you can hear traffic sound from the street in front of the hotel. The worst part was that there was no cleaing of the room or bathroom at all. No one changed our towels or vacuum cleaned the floor, which gets kind a nasty if you stay for 3 nights. The staff overall was alright - but nothing special to mention. The breakfast on the other hand was really nice - the staff working there took really good care that everything is clean and tidy.
