Cozy place, nice Christmas decorations, I felt welcome. Good breakfast, but what stood to me the most was great reception, especially Natalia, very helpful and warm.

This is yet another visit to the Grand. Every time, it's a great stay with professional and friendly service. They take good care of ALL members, always offering something nice, and sometimes even a great upgrade. Winestone downstairs has very good food and friendly waiters. In general, I like to visit Winestone in Mercure hotels, and I've eaten at more than a dozen of them. The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the very centre of Warsaw. There is public and hotel parking available.

My experience in the Mercure Hotel has been fantastic. I would especially like to highlight two members of staff Beata and Rusiana who went above and beyond in order to help me out with various tasks. They were exceptional professional, warm and a credit to the hotel. A huge thank you to them both.
