Fantastic staff, very accommodating! Nothing is impossible! Good food and a great breakfast. One of the best bars we've seen in a hotel. Large luxurious room with super comfortable beds. Nice SPA with a large pool and sauna!

Great hotel. The room is good looking, clean and good equipped, with coffee Nook and good quality. Really nice, the crew is very kind and helpfull. They have stuff for kids like nightcap. Food is great and differential, every one can find something. Special thanks for mr Darek ( great guy, the best person on this position. One off the best hotels where I was.

Clean hotel with very helpful staff. Location was great - very easy access to a lot of places, including the old Warsaw. The food was good. You should try their Caesar salad if you go there. The hotel also has a nice bar upfront where you can get great drinks.

The hotel has perfect location, it is very convenient to reach old town and modern bars and restaurants. I also enjoyed gym, spa and the swimming pool, despite the minor accident, when a guy entered the women changing room without any reasons... The shower in my room was leaking, the rest of my impression about the room & services are good enough for 5-star hotel.

We stayed at Sofitel Warsaw for 3 nights with my mom & daughther. Everything was great from the beginning to the end, and especially the service and the breakfast were exceptional. A big separate thank you to the friendly and efficient concierges. Also the beds were super comfy. The spa pool was a difinite must after the 20,000 daily steps of strolling in Warsaw 😊. We had dinner at the hotel’s brasserie and the only exception from the great experience was the way-too-dry-grilled fish, which we mentionned to the waiter. Otherwise than this it’s 10 points, we will definitely return here.
