The hotel is in a great location and overall is beautiful. My bed had stained sheets and pillow cases and when I brought it up to the front desk i was kind of dismissed. So that was frustrating. However beds were comfortable and rooms and bathrooms were spacious not clean

All is great in this hotel. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Breakfast is served with plenty of choice and very nice personal. In my time Julia was in charge and she was just excellent. Every day room service during the day in the afternoon was also professional and nice. All together very good experience to stay in this hotel

Victoria Sofitel has been my hotel to stay in Warsaw for a long time. The quality of services, professionalism of staff and location are second to none in Warsaw. My only concern is the new Accor system with activating welcome drinks in the ALL app. It is cumbersome, each hotel has different procedures for that and in Victoria they have limited selection of drinks available. It is not the hotel fault but the new system is not customer friendly.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The hotel is conveniently located and my room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of items.

I have to say everything was just wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Having robes was so nice. I most especially loved the breakfast menu. It has an amazing array of delicious foods and it included a delicious shrimp salad. I thought was amazing. My compliments to your chefs, on the amazing display and the courteousness of your staff. I will be back.
