Beautiful furnishings and a premium feel i have stayed here many times and the service is excellent. My only feedback is the room layout with the toilet there is only a frosted glass screen between you and the bed at such small quarters you can hear your significant other going to the toilet there is no true privacy and so using the hotel toilet outside your room is advised. For a 5 star hotel this is a little less than ideal but not a deal breaker

I was disrupted multiple times by staff wanting to enter the room while I was resting after I had previously organised late checkout. I’m not sure why I was charged for late checkout even with a Gold Status - Hasn’t happened before at any of the other Accor hotels. Would be great if loyalty is recognised. Requested for invoice / receipt to be emailed but nothing has been done.
