We drove down from Auckland to have 2 days here in Rotorua just because we loved our last stay Here . Having arrived from Australia for a wedding in Auckland we booked 2 days after the wedding , The stay was excellent and up to our Expectation , The Room was Perfect and we have no complaints at all .

The room was not the one booked, and the staff were off-hand and inattentive. The TV and room safe were not working on check-in.

The facilities at the Pullman Rotorua were fabulous. The staff very friendly and extremely helpful..... But.. Our room was the worst configued and was the worst I've ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable but the toilet in one corner and the shower in the other with frosted glass for privacy was extemely awkward. If I was to stay at the Pullman again, I would insist on not having one of rooms. Ours was 712 so if you get allocated on of those rooms, insist on a change. I ended up booking through Booking . Com because I couldn't get through to the Reception Desk.
