Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am pleased to hear that you found the facilities and staff at Pullman Rotorua to be exceptional. However, I regret to learn that the configuration of your room did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback regarding the layout and privacy features of the bathroom.
