Great rooms, beds too hard, great staff, I can tell that staff are now clearly multi tasking in the hotel chains nowadays. No more porters, the check in counter staff handle everything.

Good location and comfortable/clean room. Not a 5-star experience however in terms of either the hardware (room was a good 4-star standard in terms of furnishing), or software (staff was relatively friendly but service experience was not as smooth). Breakfast okay to good overall but lacking in the offer for table service or offer of espresso. Overall I'd say it's a solid 4-start experience for what is meant to be a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful furnishings and a premium feel i have stayed here many times and the service is excellent. My only feedback is the room layout with the toilet there is only a frosted glass screen between you and the bed at such small quarters you can hear your significant other going to the toilet there is no true privacy and so using the hotel toilet outside your room is advised. For a 5 star hotel this is a little less than ideal but not a deal breaker
