Point positif : Le personnel au top, proche de patong beach. Point négatifs: insonorisation mal faite, énormément de bruit de couloir et le nettoyage est vraiment pas ouf. Si c’est uniquement pour dormir ça passe.

Etant cliente "Gold", j'avais prévu que j'arriverais vers 11h30, je suis arrivée à 11h30 aprés 15h d'avion, donc fatiguée sous un soleil de plomb, on me prévient que ma chambre n'est pas prête, je montre que je ne suis pas contente. On me demande d'attendre, ils vont faire au plus vite. A 12h30, je demande au monsieur qui s'occupe des bagages de m'apporter un verre d'eau (eh oui quand on arrive on vous offre même pas un verre d'eau, jamais vu ça) il m'apporte une bouteille d'eau imbuvable elle était chaude. A 12h45 on finit par me donner une chambre en précisant qu'on m'avait surclassé, en fait jamais déjà payé un surclassement. Après heureusement le séjour s'est très bien passé, le personnel a été aux petits soins avec moi, ils m'ont aidé, ils sont été adorables. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, beaucoup de choix, la piscine impeccable. Rien d'autre à redire en dehors de l'accueil. J'ai même eu une petite attention dans ma chambre, une carte et une part de gâteau pour mon anniversaire qui avait eu lieu 3 jours avant mon arrivée.Un grand merci PS : la plage est à exactement 1 km à pied

L’hôtel était globalement correct : le petit déjeuner était bon et le personnel sympathique. En revanche, nous avons rencontré un sérieux problème avec la propreté de la chambre, qui était très sale à notre arrivée et manifestement non nettoyée. Je l’ai signalé dès le début, mais le personnel n’a pas été très conciliant au départ. Après insistance et en constatant l’état réel de la chambre, celle-ci a finalement été nettoyée à deux reprises avant d’être à peu près acceptable. Malgré cela, il restait encore de la poussière, des saletés au sol et des taches de café sur les meubles qui n’avaient pas été nettoyées. J’ai également dû relancer pour obtenir des excuses, qui n’ont pas été proposées spontanément. Ce n’est qu’après avoir évoqué la possibilité de faire remonter la situation à la direction, et après avoir envoyé des photos pour prouver l’état de la chambre (inacceptable au vu du prix), qu’un geste commercial nous a été accordé sous forme d’un cocktail. Sans cette démarche, rien n’aurait été fait.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, très beau, la nourriture du restaurant est bonne, le personnel est souriant, juste faire attention car on a prit deux chambres, et dans les deux chambres on a eu des anormaux qui se sont faufilés (un lézard, une blatte) alors qu’on a jamais ouvert la fenêtre ou le balcon.
