En tant que membre Accor DIAMOND, j'ai été un peu déçue de l'accueil. Nous n'avons pas été upgradé comme cela est censé être le cas et lorsque j'ai demandé à l'être, on m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible car tout était complet alors qu'en regardant sur le site il y avait beaucoup de disponibilité. Il a fallu montrer la preuve pour avoir une autre chambre et encore on nous a donné quasiment la même niveau literie. Ce côté était donc un peu décevant.

J’ai séjourné 6 jours à l’hôtel Tribe. Points négatifs : L’odeur de l’eau dans la salle de bain était INFÉCTE. Malgré un signalement à la réception et l’intervention d’une équipe pendant 2 heures, on nous a simplement conseillé de faire couler l’eau 30 minutes avant utilisation. J’ai dû utiliser de l’eau minérale pour me laver les mains et le visage. L’utilisation de la douche m’a causé des vomissements chaque matin, ce qui a été le pire point du séjour. La propreté des chambres laisse à désirer : les taches au sol ne sont pas nettoyées et restent pendant tout le séjour. Les chambres communicantes sont très mal isolées phoniquement : on entend toutes les conversations des voisins. De plus, l’isolation générale est insuffisante et selon l’emplacement, le bruit de la ville est très présent. Points positifs : La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent (5/5) et le personnel est agréable et friendly.
