I had a business meeting and some things to do. Found this hotel from TripAdvisor but surprisingly the room, its so spacious. Also the breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great and has a fantastic view

This is my first time visiting Hotel Grand Mercure Kemayoran for business trip and everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is strategic and close to my destination. Hotel room clean, fairly spacious, beds comfortable. Bar makes amazing cocktails and the restaurant makes a lovely breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful, thank you Mr. Rahman / Arman from guest service, he is very helpful and friendly. This hotel is very highly recommended. Thanks Hotel Grand Mercure.

Hotel Grand Mercure Kemayoran is one of the hotels located in a strategic area so it is perfect for meetings or our business!, or maybe take a short escape with the love one at the weekend. Spacious rooms with complete facilities with a pool, meeting rooms The plumera lounge are really huge and they sell cocktails also, you can order the food from the big restaurant across the bar! its was really nice! also thank you mas Arman / Rahman from guest service he was very helpful to help us find out a great place in jakarta to hang out and he is very customer friendly. Breakfast also served in good taste and like it. Thanks Grand Mercure for the pleasure service!

Bad Service Attitude

I'm a an accor hotels member, stayed in various brands under the management and stayed with several Grand Mercure and Mercure brand and always received a pleasant experience during my stay, but not at this Property I was staying at the Property as part of a business event we held at the property on a coorporate rate, we book their meeting room for a day and then their Ballroom the next day. Our total pax was +/-. 300. In addition we booked a 15 fullboard packages aside from those 300 pax full day meeting packages. We need to add one more room for our group, this is when the problem started, as the Front office officer and the sales team couldnt communicate with each other, The FOO (A*s*a), insisted that the additional room should be paid in advance on s personal account instead of billed as group. With a sole excuse that she couldn't communicate with the sales who was unreachable. After a long day of meetings since 11 am, tired, i decided to pay for it on personal account at the rate of i dont even care anymore. And the funny thing is, this happened before we event held our event at their ballroom the next day.

Decided to stay at Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran and I was impressed by the ambience of the hotel, not to mention the staff are well prepared to accommodate our request during the stay. Definitely one of the best experience that I had.
