Best lounge ever, Mr Reno gave the best experience for dining out. The lounge open at 5 to 7 at night. The menu is outstanding and delicious. They have free wine , whiskey, mocktail you name it. Every dream is here. I stayed for three marvelous nights. Check it out...

Our fav hotel when stayed in Jakarta..felt like at home..all staffs were kind,helpfull and friendly,especially Mr bell boy(my nephew likes him so much) ...our rooms were spacious and comfortable..a little story,my sister's room had trouble in AC and shower,we called the front desk at midnight,then the staff came,even their manager came to solve our problem then gave us a new room that more spacious..thank you so much for the excellent service.. the breakfast was complete and delicious..we also loved the pool..everything was perfect for us... Surely we will back to this hotel soon.miss all the ambience..thank you Novotel Mangga Dua ❤️

Reasonably priced hotel within a quite rundown Mangga Dua Square

No one mending the Accor counter when checking in. Had booked 2 Executive Deluxe rooms but only 1 room was available even at 2.45pm. Guard at the pool not friendly, instruct us to remove our slippers. Then after we went into the pool area, we can't find the towel counter. Went back out and ask the guard, then he passed us the towels unhappily. Went to dining area to have a look at the menu before dinner. But the staff just shoved the menu infront of me at the bar counter. Asked if there's any other bar around,he said sternly, "This is the Bar". How rude. Had dinner at the restaurant later on. The staff were dragging tables and chairs to accommodate a big group, especially the manager or supervisor in charge. Some of the waiter were seen carrying the tables and chairs, but that Staff in a jacket was dragging everything. Such a bad example. Spend the whole day outside the hotel the next day. Prefer not to spend our money at the hotel. Overall, seems like the staff were mostly not happy working at the hotel, except the security at the main entrance.

Wonderful stay for the nearest hotel to any festival in Ancol

I am writing this review as an Accor Plus Platinum member. Who should get benefits from my Platinum membership. As a Platinum member I am entitled to get: 1. Free room upgrade (I understand it is subject to room availability). 2. Welcome drink/voucher 3. Condiment 4. Access to hotel’s Executive Lounge Surprisingly, none of these benefits were offered to me during checked in on 10 April 2024. At check-in, I was assisted by Mrs. Vanda. After my wife complained, access to the Executive Launch was granted. I didn't feel convenient to remind hotel staffs about the rights and benefits of being an Accor Plus Platinum member. As host Novotel Mangga Dua should serves and provides benefits according to the guest's membership tier; without the need to be reminded/complained first. My booking code NHBSHLJS. I was staying at room 1752 from 10th to 12th April 2024.
