I booked a premier suite room this time and expected a lounge use and tailored welcome from the team since I was Accor plus member but none of relevant information was received upon check in (lounge/breakfast/welcome drinks). However staff were kind overall and facilities were well maintained (lounge and gymnastics). The room was alright.

I would always stay with Accor affiliated hotels. However, every experience is different from each hotels. We arrived late and no welcome drinks. I also asked the housekeeping to change my sheets, but to no avail. One night, the parking was full and told me to park two blocks away. Anyway, the room was still comfortable, and the experience was okay.
