Very convenient for Halal food..near a Kebab stall. Plenty of convenience store. Excess to Subway station easily and best part near the Bus Airport Limousine stop.

The room temperature was not flexible..it was hot sumtimes..cannot be adjusted to temp that we wanted. But toilet bathroom was awesome but the space was good, love the amenities in the room. But the pillow was a bit soft not very comfortable. Overall stay was super good. Staff was helpful able and to answer question.

I happened to book the Residence (and not the hotel) as it is not clear from the booking page what the difference is except for the name. Since it has all the equipment of a residence, the room has got extremely cluttered to the extent that the wardrobe has had to be placed inside the toilet area. The welcome drink offered just the choice of coffee and tea and the cafe lady was extremely keen that we do a take out and not drink in the cafe even though there was a clear 30 minutes before the closing time of 8pm

Excellent hotel centrally located, overall our experience was great, we enjoyed the great breakfast buffet with several options of traditional Asian and western styled dishes, the rooms were exceptional and well spaced and we enjoyed the pools as well as whirlpool after a long day of walking around the city.

Good stay! However the room I booked looked bigger and with a small dining table when I did the original booking. I got a smaller room and no free upgrade as an accord plus gold member. The rooftop bar seem to have been closed during our stay as well. Staff were polite and friendly. Location was great right next to a metro station.

Check-in: Staff had all the knowledge about Accor Plus benefits, which I appreciate a lot! I was offered three welcome drinks upon check-in. Most Accor hotels only give me two coupons regardless of the total number of guests. They also offered to check me in early. Room: Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. I thought the bathroom would have less privacy based on the pictures but the two sliding doors can close all the way for complete privacy. Bottled water, tea, and coffee are replenished everyday. Staff: Most of them are fluent in English and was very easy to communicate with. Very warm and attentive. You can tell they are willing to help. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms everyday even though we didn't ask. Location: It's situated near to DDP, so it's really convenient. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and shops nearby. Also, if you have tours booked, it's near the pick-up and drop-off point which is at the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park station. Special shoutout to the Gourmet Bar. They have great drinks and attentive staff! Best cocktails in Dongdaemun.
