Lovely hotel very nice reception on level 20 such a nice reception etc. rooms were very nice too and the location of the hotel was good close to the food markets etc would stay again. Service as soon as you arrive at the hotel is very good stay were nice

The property is located near a mall and restaurant area, within easy walking distance. It is a relatively new hotel, clean and modern. It has a large buffet breakfast, nice bar, (the food is fairly expensive). On the first floor, there is a small coffee shop with bakery items and salad and sandwiches. We stayed in the residence side of the hotel, so had well stocked kitchen, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer. The room was large and very comfortable for three. It had three single beds. It had a large bathroom, great shower and a long bathroom counter to accommodate three people. There were two pools-outside and rooftop. The other part of the property had regular hotel room. This was a great place to stay, especially for an extended stay.

A wonderful hotel that is comfortable and well equipped as well as being well placed for visiting Seoul. Unfortunately I had to cut my stay short but would like to recognize Keena on the front desk for sorting everything out. Amazing service. I look forward to returning.

Great location with large rooms and amenities for families!

This is a super delayed but much needed review. High recommended hotel for families with little ones! You cannot go wrong with this hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights and will definitely be returning. Pros: - Fabulous location minutes from subway, food and shopping. If you don’t want to take subway, Myeongdong is just a short Uber/taxi ride away - We stayed in the room with 3 beds and it was huge (also why I chose this hotel) - Kids club was such a nice amenity - In room laundry was definitely a plus Cons: Nothing to fault but just note breakfast buffet is very expensive if not included with your stay

Worth every penny!

We didn't have any regrets staying at the Premier One-Bedroom King Residence as a family of 4 (2 adults, a 4-year old and a baby). The apartment was very spacious - even with a cot in the bedroom, there was enough room for our 4-year old to run around. Bathroom was huge, bathtub came in handy for waterplay. In our booking, a high chair, bath tub and cot for our baby were requested and all were in the room at check-in. We could easily request for extra hangers, power adapters, bed linen etc from their handy tablet and housekeeping will come by with the requested items very swiftly. The apartment came with an air purifier, water purifier (cold and room temp water available on demand!) and LG clothes styler. Didn't use the pool but please bring a swim cap if you plan to swim, otherwise you'll need to purchase one from the hotel. Kids' zone was decked out well with toys, a small playset/playground, ballpit, some gym equipment and tons of books (all in superb condition), it's by reservations only at 50mins each session - much to the delight of our kid, we were the only ones in the playroom the one time we were there. Hotel is situated in a good location, close to many malls and a short 5mins walk from Dongdaemun History and Culture Park station. Easily assessible to subway with stroller from the elevator outside Dundun mall at Exit 12. It's also a street away from lots of eateries (particularly fried chicken!) and convenience stores. Concierge was helpful to make restaurant reservations for us given language limitation. Breakfast was above average but nothing to write home about. Unfortunately housekeeping came into our room to make the bed even though our "Do Not Disturb" sign was up, we informed the Reception at check-out and they mentioned the team will be reminded. Would not have expected this from a reputable brand-name hotel.
