Coastal48054657563 お客様へ まず、イビス アンバサダー ソウル仁寺洞に何度もご宿泊いただき、貴重なご意見をお寄せいただきましたこと、心より感謝申し上げます。常に快適にお過ごしいただけるよう努めておりますが、客室の設備に関してご不便をおかけしましたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。 現在、当ホテルでは4月末まで全面的な改修工事を実施しており、これにより客室を含むさまざまな施設がより快適に生まれ変わる予定です。本工事を通じて、壁紙や家具の損傷など施設の面も全体的に改善される見込みですので、今後はより良い環境のもとで快適にお過ごしいただけることと存じます。 また、ベッドが柔らかく感じられた点については、客室のマットレスの上にトッパー（Topper）が敷かれているため、そのように感じられた可能性がございます。次回ご宿泊の際にトッパーの取り外しをご希望の場合は、事前にお知らせいただければ、より快適にお休みいただけるようご準備いたします。 改めまして、当ホテルをご利用いただきましたことに深く感謝申し上げます。今後もより快適でご満足いただけるご滞在を提供できるよう、最善を尽くしてまいります。 次回のご来館を心よりお待ちしております。 ありがとうございます。 総支配人 ファン・スジョン
