James, Ham, May, Syak and Sam who are the team in the Fairmont Singapore Gold Lounge really impressed me with their warm, friendly and professional service. Their memory of names, attention to detail, and knowledge of the food and beverage offerings was exemplary. A great experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the Fairmont Hotel, made truly special by the incredible staff. James, Jess, Ansel, Ham, Maya, and Lenny all went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, they made me feel welcomed and well looked after throughout my stay.
