We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our convenient location, with easy access to multiple MRT stations and nearby shopping facilities, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring Singapore. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the gap at the bottom of the bathroom door. We are pleased to know that you continue to appreciate our convenient location, with easy access to Bugis MRT, Changi Airport, Bugis+ and nearby amenities. We truly value your repeat patronage and are sorry that your experience this time did not live up to your previous stay. At the same time, we understand your inconvenience regarding the limited space available to open your suitcase. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining facilities, public transportation, and convenient vehicle access. We are also glad that your arrival and check-in experience was generally smooth and that our Front Office team was able to assist with your room upgrade. At the same time, we sincerely regret that the Loft Room did not provide the level of comfort and convenience you had expected. We appreciate your detailed observations regarding the stairs, shower space, bed size, air-conditioning noise, lighting controls, and the overall functionality of the room. We understand how these aspects, particularly during a five-night stay, could become increasingly inconvenient. We are also sorry to learn that noise from neighbouring rooms, Housekeeping activities, families, and the stairway affected your ability to rest, both in the mornings and evenings. We fully appreciate how important a peaceful environment is, especially for guests travelling for business and attending a trade show. Your feedback regarding noise levels and sound insulation has been shared with the relevant teams for further review. Your comments regarding the master lighting controls and the practical challenges of the Loft Room are also valuable. While the Loft Room is part of our distinctive room concept, we understand that its design and layout may not suit every guest. We regret that the upgrade did not result in the enhanced experience you had anticipated, and we appreciate your observation that a standard room may have been more suitable for your needs.
