立地は良いのですが、残念な点が多いホテル。初めに室内の設備の説明がない(部屋に案内の冊子もない)ので、部屋に掃除のスイッチがあることも気づかず、部屋の掃除をしてもらえなかった。シャワーも体感30度？と思うくらいの温度が最高温度で寒かった。シャワー室はドアの閉まりが悪く、隅のコーキングも剥がれ水が表に漏れる。 朝食の味はまあまあといったところですが、案内の係りが席を外すため、その間に案内してない客が料理を取りに行っているお客の席に座ってしまい、また席を移る始末。 ブギスという便利な位置にあるけれど、マイナス点が多いので次回は泊まらないと思う

ブギス駅から近く、隣が大きなショッピングモールで、徒歩圏内に観光スポットも多くてオススメです。

エレベーターが故障していて深夜のチェックイン後すぐに部屋に入れなかった。 その影響で午後3時までレイトチェックアウトすると言われましたが、アコーのランクで元々できるものだったので、あまりメリットのない提案だった。キーカードが反応しなかったりと問題も多かった

We understand how frustrating it must have been not to be able to access your room immediately due to the elevator being out of order, especially after a long journey. These are essential aspects of a comfortable stay, and we appreciate your patience while dealing with these inconveniences. Regarding the late check-out offered as a gesture of recovery, we understand your comments that this did not provide significant additional value given your Accor status and the late check-out entitlement associated with your membership. We are sorry that the recovery offered did not feel meaningful in view of the inconvenience you experienced. With regard to the room upgrade, we sincerely regret that we were unable to accommodate an upgrade during your stay. The next room category was fully occupied at the time, and therefore we were unable to provide the upgrade on this occasion. ホテル自体は立地もよくBugis+やBugisｼﾞｬﾝｸｼｮﾝに隣接。ただ、ラウンジは激しく改善を希望。チェックイン時には対象ルームにも関わずラウンジアクセスできないと言われ（単なるスタッフの未熟さ）、またラウンジ内の食事も３種類のみ。スタッフが常駐しないので料理が無くなっている状態が長く続いていた。さらにルームキーチェックは無く誰でも入室できる状態なので、無断使用も多いと感じた。

ツインルームに滞在しましたが、部屋が非常に狭く、トイレはベッドに接したガラス製の壁も向こう側に設置。ベッドからは中は見えないが正面に回ると用を足しているところがシルエットで見える。便座は歪んで取り付けてあり、更にガラス扉の上部が開いているため、用を足す音や匂いが同じ部屋を利用するパートナーに丸わかり 夫婦で利用したのでまだ耐えられましたが、恋人との利用や友人同士など絶対オススメしません。 またトイレットペーパーの補充やティッシュペーパーの補充はされず、やっつけ仕事な印象が拭えないルームクリーニングでした。立地は良いだけに非常に残念なホテルでした。

場所が良く好立地。道を挟んだ向かいにコンビニや商業施設があるし、少し歩けばブギスストリートもあるので最後にお土産を買い足すのも便利でした。 家族4人(小学生2人)でいきました。コネクティングルームが非常に便利で部屋も広いし冷蔵庫もあり便利。 洗濯機も7階のプールの奥にあって便利でした!

複数の駅を利用でき、観光にはとても便利な立地だと思います。ショッピングモールもあり、買い物にも困らないです。 ただホテルのトイレのドアの下に隙間があり、音が漏れるので友人などと滞在する場合は気をつけた方がいいと思います。

今回リピートです。今回はスーペリアルーム（1131）を選択しましたが、理由は以前に宿泊した時に静かに過ごせたためです。しかし今回はイマイチでした。隣（1130）の宿泊者の話し声が終始聞こえて騒々しかった。部屋のレイアウトが問題で、せっかく角部屋なのだからベッドを隣の部屋側の壁に配置せず反対側に配置すれば少しは改善できると思います。 立地はBugis駅に近く、チャンギ空港から直接来れる事と乗換駅なのでMRTでの移動には便利。 目前にBugis＋というモールとセブンイレブンがあり、困ることもなさそうです。
