We appreciate your comments and are sorry to learn that the room layout did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that the structural pillar made it less convenient to use the work desk, particularly if you needed to work comfortably during your stay. As our hotel features a unique heritage-inspired design, the layout of some rooms may vary. 不足を感じたのは以下の点です。 ①トイレにて、便座が冷たく、ウォシュレット設備があると良い ②シャワールームにおいて、持参したシャンプー類の置き場がなく、小物入れがあると良い ③タオルやバスロープ交換のお願いの仕方が解りにくい ④水のサービスがあると良い

At the same time, we are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the toilet facilities, we understand your comments about the comfort of the toilet seat and your suggestion for bidet/washlet-type amenities. We appreciate your feedback as we continually review opportunities to enhance guest comfort. We also note your comment about the lack of storage space in the shower area for personal toiletries. あらかじめチェックイン時間をアプリから連絡していたお陰か、通常のチェックイン時間よりお部屋を３０分早く使わせていただきました。 チェコクインもパスポート提示してスムーズに完了。スタッフの接客も好印象でした。 ホテルにはインフィニティプールもあり、いつ行っても混雑することなく気持ちよく使う事ができました。 ホテルの部屋には飲料水用の水道があり、環境面でも金銭面でもミネラルウォーターをわざわざ買うということがなく節約できました。 水回りもきれいで使いところにコンセントがあり２泊の間とても快適に宿泊できました。 ホテルスタッフの皆さまのおかげです。 またシンガポールに来る際は宿泊したいと思います。

ブギスが滞在するならメルキュールシンガポールです。好立地でバスでも地下鉄でも移動が簡単です。朝食のバッフェのスタッフもフレンドリー。味は最高です。

ホテルの部屋でも仕事をしなければなりませんでしたが、作業スペースが狭くLaptop1台がかろうじて置ける程度しかありませんでした。
