We are pleased to hear that you were generally satisfied with our convenient location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the in-room amenities provided. Your kind recognition is greatly appreciated. At the same time, we are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the toilet facilities, we understand your comments about the comfort of the toilet seat and your suggestion for bidet/washlet-type amenities. We appreciate your feedback as we continually review opportunities to enhance guest comfort. We also note your comment about the lack of storage space in the shower area for personal toiletries. Your suggestion for additional shelving or small amenities tray is well received and will be shared with our relevant team for consideration in future improvements.
