I stayed at Mercure Singapore Bugis and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of Bugis and just a short walk to MRT stations, shopping, cafés and restaurants, which made exploring the city super convenient. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and a bit on the cozy side like many city hotels in Singapore. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s facilities, including the rooftop pool, gym and restaurants added nice touches to the stay. Breakfast had a good spread, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt modern and welcoming. A few things like room size and occasional noise were minor drawbacks, but for the location, comfort and service, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers in Singapore.

We stopped by the bar cafe for dinner . Ryan was a great help arranging the seating and also explaining the menu and offering . Specially the 1:1 wine deal. Too bad my gals are not drinking yet. He also managed our expectation that the food will be a little slow as it’s dinner with the main Buffett line. Overall the experience was good but the food could be better if they are warmer for longer. Had burger and sausage bites but the enthusiasm of the meat just “cool” off

Everything here is good. We had several times here at Mercure Singapore Bugis. Good Staff, we met Ms.Joey Ong, Mr.Cuma, Mr.Abdulah, Ms. Avigail. We have an upgrade room with sofa bed. We're also have new experience that our package about to pickup when we had check out the Hotel. All Staff help us with it with no hesitation. The best breakfast ever, our kids enjoy to eat bacon, scramble egg, noodle soup, nasi lemak, hakau, yoghurt smoothies, waffle and fried potatoes. We are hoping that we can stay there everytime we go to Singapore. Thank you so much.

I absolutely love staying here. Amazing location, very clean hotel and the staff are always amazing. The buffet breakfast is an absolute must if you're staying here. So many choices and something for everyone. The pool is amazing and a great way to start your day.
