ケーキを用意してくださり、歓迎を受けてとても嬉しかったです。スマートにお部屋まで案内してくださったのは良かったです。基本的にスマートにご対応してくださいました。特にお掃除の方々はすれ違うたびに笑顔で挨拶してくださり、とても気分よく1日を過ごせました。 　少し残念な点が、対応は人によってそれぞれという感じがした。バトラーさんでチョコレートを運んでくださった方が、もう少し笑顔で働いた方がいいのではないか？と思いました。飲み物を2つしか運ばれてこず、3人のためもう一つお願いしたところ、2つでと聞いていたと無表情でした。そのように言った覚えがはなかったし、唯一彼女の対応だけはがっかりでした。

悪くはない。だがベストではない。トイレのドアがしっかり閉まらなかった。照明の管理が難しい。

チェックインの対応をしてくれた方やバトラーさんもとても親切で丁寧に接客をしていただきました。宿泊した部屋がロビーからも近く、ベランダもあり、非常に良かったです。また、アフタヌーンティーとロングバーの予約もスムーズにしてくれたため、とても嬉しかったです。アフタヌーンティーはどれもとても美味しく、紅茶も様々な種類から選択できるというのが楽しくもありました。チェックアウトの時間は12時だったため、ゆっくりと部屋で過ごすことができ、とても優雅なひとときを味わうことができました。 ただ、朝食のメニューにわかりにくさがあり、オーダーに躊躇した部分がありました。また、部屋の配置について、ミニバーと机が遠かったたこともあり、少し不便さが感じられました。
