シンガポール行くなら10年ぶりに大好きなホテルに泊まりたいと宿泊しました。3度目のラッフルズでしたが、すつかりリニューアルされていて 大好きなお部屋がヘリテージではなくなっていましたが、usb差し込み口も有り充電しやすくなっていました。ただベッドサイドの充電コンセントが機能してなくて、充電出来ないと伝えて街へ出掛けて部屋に戻った時には直してくださっていました。 その上、お詫びにとプチケーキとキャンドルのサービスまで届けていただけて、お気遣い感謝です。 朝のモーニングのこちらのホテルのエッグベネディクトがどこのよりも大好きなのでこちらのホテルに宿泊したい1つの大きな理由でした。 でも昔の思いでの物より今回はちょっとマフィンが良く焼いていたと思われふんわり柔らかいマフィンとは違っていました。でも主人は美味しい、美味しいと連呼しながら頂いていました。 夜出掛けていてお部屋の滞在時間とても短かった主人が又来年も来たい、1拍だけだったので、もっと長く宿泊すれば良かったと喜ぶ滞在となりました。 来年も戻って来れる事を私も願っています。

6歳の子供が2人いるので、安全な国へ旅行したくてシンガポールを選びました。フラマリバーフロント、ラッフルズ、マリーナベイサンズ、シャングリラ、の中で一番よかったです。 まず部屋に感動しました。部屋に着くまでの廊下も素晴らしいですが、天井が高く、写真より遥かに良いです。 チェックインでは、子供にライオンのぬいぐるみをくれて、こどもは大喜びで一緒に遊んでいました。 シンガポールスリングはおいしく、写真も撮ってくれて記念になり、コードヤードの夕食も、ティフィンルームの朝食も素晴らしかったです。 バトラーも受付の方も、他のどのホテルの方より感じの良い方々でした。 夫は、寝る時このまま死んでも構わないと思うほどよかったと、申しております。 美しいバスタブで、家族全員順番に朝風呂に入りまして、最後まで堪能しました。 夫婦で次にシンガポールにくるときは、ラッフルズに2泊はしたいと考えています。 反省点ですが、 寝る時、風を感じたので、ファンを止めたらよかったかな、と思っています。（翌日から子供の調子が悪くなったので。） ベランダがなく、廊下側に籐の椅子があり、雰囲気はいいですが、暑いので座りませんでした。 そして部屋が素晴らしすぎたのと、ちょこちょこ清掃に来てくださるので、わたしは、水着をどこにも干せませんでした。 注文をつけるなら、 色々の物にドアマンさんのデザインがついていて、かわいらしいのですが、ホテルの格が下がると思いますので、一考の余地を感じます。

今回、ラッフルズホテルに宿泊することが旅の大半の目的でした。期待を上回る最高な時間を過ごすことができて、感激しました。 到着が早朝であったにも関わらず、荷物を預かっていただいたり、丁寧な対応をしてくださり、とても嬉しかったです。その後観光に疲れてもう歩けなくなり、チェックイン時間前にお部屋をお願いしたら、無理をお願いしたのに対応をしてくださり、感激しました。お名前は「V」さんだったかと思います。間違えていたらすみません。いつも笑顔で色々とお気遣いいただき、ありがとうございました。お部屋やすべての施設が、歴史ある建物と最新の技術が融合されていて、他にはない唯一無二の空間だと感じました。あんなに都心部に立地しているのに一歩入ったら静かで自然豊かで素敵な空間が広がっていて、本当に癒されました。スタッフの皆様が笑顔でお気遣いしてくださり、快適な3日間の旅行でした。ありがとうございました。シンガポールへまた旅行に行く時は、必ずラッフルズホテルに宿泊します。また伺える日を楽しみにしています。
