Our 2nd stay at this wonderful hotel which oozes class and style. This was a 3 night stay & we were made to feel special, treated with respect and hospitality we didn’t want to leave. We had a superb butler service and housekeeping lady who looked after our room was amazing. A very special place

Afternoon Tea disappointing

We went for afternoon tea yesterday, it didn’t meet the hype or expectations we had. The service was intermittently good to poor. As an example we were offered one scone each and only once we had finished the tea were we offered another. Too little too late If you require to use the toilets you have to leave the building, go outside and visit what I can only describe as public toilets albeit in the atrium of the hotel.

Enjoyed the heritage tour today guided by the very knowledgeable resident historian Nazir Yusof. The tour (ard 1 hour) is accessible to non-residents and provides nice insights into this wonderful hotel. Time well spent - highly recommend it!

We had a very interesting and insightful Raffles Hotel heritage tour today. Our guide Roslee gave a very detailed tour and brought us to places in Raffles Hotel that we wouldn’t be able to visit on our own. We took the package that included the lunch.

Whilst staying in Raffles Singapore I booked the history tour of the hotel. My guide was Nazaimoddin Yusof, a knowledgeable and informative gentleman with a friendly and agreeable manner. I would highly recommend this tour as there are many items around the hotel that have important meaning to its history such as the gramophone, chandelier and grandfather clock. Seeing the presidential suite was the highlight of my tour. Seeing a part of the hotel I thought I could only dream of made me realise the room I was staying in was just a smaller version of it but the staff in the hotel are what make the hotel outstanding. Everyone from the doorman, front desk staff to the butler in my room may be feel welcome. Rafffles Singapore should be proud to have Nazaimoddin Yusof and all the other staff who made my stay so exceptional as ambassadors of their hotel.
