Amazing business hotel and luxury design. One of the oldest hotel in Singapore yet looks very new and modern. Food is perfect and getting a cab is very easy and convenient. Highly recommended for business travel.

First stay since the refurbishment. The hotel is now even more spectacular and the service even better than before. This is however reflected in the increased price of the room but we have reached the stage in life where if we don't waste our money then the kids and the Taxman will so will probably return next year. A couple of jarring notes however. The first is the chandelier in the main lobby. I think this would be better suited to the hotel in Dubia or Vagas. The second jarring note is branding otherl hotels owned by Accor around the World "Raffles". There is only one Raffles and that is the one is Singapore!

Excellent service and care. Our Butler decorated our room for a family birthday which was a lovely gesture. I was also pleasantly surprised at the level of environmental awareness that the hotel displayed.

Very special. Incredible thoughtful service.

Very special. We stayed 2 nights & it was absolutely amazing. Huge suite with a very attentive butler. Fabulous huge bathroom, the water didn’t stay in the bath for long due to I’ll fitting plug, but I just kept the water running. Large shower, two sinks. Dressing gowns, slippers, plenty fabulous teas & coffees, a lovely box of chocolates awaited our arrival, delicious. We had wonderful breakfasts and ate at the butchers block. Loved the long bar, as a resident we were able to be seated ahead of the queue. An exceptional experience. The butler kindly left us a gift and a card, leather room key fobs, a signed book and fresh slippers in a little bag. Incredibly thoughtful, which sums Raffles up! We’re so happy to have stayed here. Worth every penny.

Had a lovely afternoon enjoying cocktails. We had a 20 minute wait to get in but was worth the wait. Good atmosphere with everyone enjoying themselves. Staff were great and made it a memorable afternoon. Would recommend as something to do when visiting Singapore.
