I stayed at this hotel with my family a couple of days prior to Christmas. The room was clean and acceptable for what we needed (which was a hub, to drop luggage and a bed to sleep). Yes the bed could certainly be more comfortable, but for its location 6-7mins walk to the nearest MRT station and 4 mins to loads of restaurants and shopping, I thought the stay was Value For Money. You get what you pay for!!

It’s been 4 days here and been an amazing experience. The location is perfect near downtown Singapore and as many reviews point out the small room well indeed they are small but I guess that common stuffs to many Singapore hotels as they are battling for land. Hats off to the following staffs Irene , Cunhao and Fas who goes the extra miles to make you feel comfortable and they even provided us with a complimentary early checkin as my parents were old ages and not so well. All the best to the team f🇲🇺 also a special thanks to the a guy at reception he’s a bit tanned color with a wonderful smile who never fail to a west your concern.

WARNING TO VISITORS - I wrote this to the email and never got a response To whom it may concern, Disappointingly I've had to check out early this morning as the bathroom in this hotel is unacceptable. The design, with the shower positioned above the toilet, is not only impractical but unacceptable for a brand that claims to uphold certain standards. The water sprayed across the bathroom, and given that there is no separation with the toilet, making the entire bathroom area unusable. This is a basic design flaw that compromises guest comfort and cleanliness. I expected better from ibis, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I urge you to address this issue promptly, as it reflects poorly on the brand. This hotel should be honest with this for guests and show this type of set up on the website when the booking is made. All of this takes place after my card was erroneously charged with another guests booking. This as well raises concerns on what the hotel is doing with my personal card details. Dear Gregory , As Singapore is really small, toilet and bathroom that comes in a combined set up is the norm for a budget tier hotel. Majority of our guests do not find it a concern as our bathrooms are clean, functional, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities and facilities. With our highly competitive room rates, you can only comparatively find a pod hotel or hostel with shared bathrooms at similar price. Nonetheless, we are looking into your feedback to include the photos of the bathroom on our booking platforms. I understand that our customer relationship manager had liaised with you directly to explain the situation and our colleague had immediately processed the refund for the incorrect debit made to your bank card upon realising it. I often stay in Ibis Budget hotels but I was disappointed with this one. The double bed was clean and comfortable but I can't imagine how two people with their luggage could fit into this very small windowless room. The minuscule ensuite features a shower over the toilet - however you are provided with a squeegee to help dry the floor. The towels were very thin but were replaced daily on request.

As one of the most densely populated cities in the world, land is scarce here and hence, most budget accommodation properties do not offer large rooms. Toilet and bathroom that comes in a combined set up is common for a budget tier hotel. Nonetheless, our bathrooms are well equipped with all the necessary facilities and amenities. Singapore is a very expensive city for accommodation. When you book this Hotel, remember this. It does not have a bar or a restaurant, your room will probably not have a window and the shower is located so close to the toilet that when you have a shower, the toilet will get wet. But if you want to spend your money on other things in Singapore, and just want a room to sleep for a night, then this is the place. It is close enough to MRT and within great walking distance of many attractions. If you want something fancy, then be prepared to double or triple your budget.

Our hotel is indeed very well located in proximity to Bugis MRT (2 mins) and many attractions including Marina Bay, Merlion Park and Bugis shopping district. Windows are available for our Superior and Deluxe rooms with just a small top up fee. You are absolutely right that as a budget hotel, rooms are small in size and guests have to pay much more to stay in a luxurious hotel. With our highly competitive room rates, guest can only comparatively find a pod/capsule hotel or hostel with shared bathrooms at similar price. We hope you will choose to stay with us again soon.
