Our stay at Ibis Bencoolen was fantastic. Great service and great staff. Located within an easy walk to Bugis MRT and Bugis Junction shopping centre. Highly recommend this hotel, proximity and ease of getting around was great. Rooms are compact as Ibis usually are but cleanliness was on point. Best sleep. Great mattress. Cannot fault anything with this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Located in Bencoolen area, vibrant during daytime but calm at night. Has everything an average tourist needs; good clean rooms, restaurant, baggage storage. We had the room with the back view of the Buddhist and Hindu temples and skyscrappers; it was nice to see the night lights from the room. Easy to move around; walking to Kampong Glam, Little India and Bugis; closest MRT stations are Bugis and Bencoolen. There is also the bus stop just right in front of the hotel which was very handy and a 7-Eleven when needed to top-up cards, buy drinks or whatever whim. The cons? Lots of groups (and loud) tourists and the rooms were not daily freshed. Can’t say anything about the food, because we paid only room.

Amazing breakfast !!!! “Beautiful restaurant with a great food I like vegetables fried noodle and Prawn Gyoza, amazing atmosphere and great service. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much May May. I will come back your hotel and your resturant.

After eight years, I found myself back in Singapore and immediately checked into the IBIS – a hotel that I already liked back then. After comparing hotel prices in the area, I can confidently say: you really get a lot for your money here! The rooms aren't huge, but they're cozy and spotlessly clean. But let's be real – who spends much time in their room when Singapore, with all its attractions, is just waiting outside? However, if it does rain and you just want to chill, the room is definitely a comfortable retreat. The breakfast is solid and completely reasonable for the hotel. And the staff? Simply amazing – super friendly and always helpful. The location of the IBIS is unbeatable: there are three MRT stations nearby, and there's a bus stop right outside. Less than 100 meters away, you’ll find a fantastic food hawker center where you can eat deliciously and affordably. The variety there leaves nothing to be desired! On the day of departure, I got a sneak peek at one of the freshly renovated rooms. The hotel is currently undergoing a top-to-bottom renovation, and it’s getting a modern makeover – the new rooms feel even more spacious. The renovation is expected to be completed by early 2025. Conclusion: If I travel to Singapore again, the IBIS will definitely be at the top of my list!
