The staff is very friendly and helpful. The check in and out was quick and easy. The room with the view was great and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and the location perfect for our sightseeing.

Really nice place to stay. I met one of the staff named Zar. When she is doing her rounds, she noticed that I had left my door open. She nicely reminded me about it and I appreciated it very much. She and her other colleagues had always kept my room clean and tidy during my 3 days stay to attend a conference.

Beautiful room view of the MBS. Very conveniently located, connected to Raffles City Shopping Mall. Food and drink offerings for breakfast and happy hour at the Club Lounge were great. I also really appreciate the friendly and efficient staff in Stamford hotel especially Rhea, Jayreen, Danial and the L65 team.

Wow! Fantastic views (Harbour View Room), 39th floor, what can I say, Marina Bay Sands straight across the bay. Excellent location, Raffles City Mall underneath. Big thankyou to Heng Vui on the room presentation with special towel animals on the bed :) Very helpful staff, loved the Clove restaurant on level 2 for breakfasts and a buffet dinner. Can highly recommend :)

The lady who checked me in bungled on the process. I was charged for room nights that should have been paid by the company who reserved the hotel for me. Then the cancellation which was done immediately after approval required 7 days for confirmation! Overall, the rest of the staff were good and friendly, but nothing outstanding.
