As a family of 3 with a 16 year old we have really enjoyed all the facilities available to this hotel. Our 16 year old has loved the gym and pool, the breakfast is perfect for families catering for everyone’s needs. The hotel is extremely clean and the cleaning staff go above and beyond to leave little special touches to the room when cleaning. The location is fantastic with CHIJMES across the road, Raffles next door and only a short taxi ride to hawkers markets. It’s been a lovely and relaxing spot for us to end an 8 week travel adventure.

We’ve been visiting Singapore all the time. If we got the chance we always go back to Swissotel Stamford. Love the bed and pillow and the rooms too. And this time housekeeping Heng Rui provide me with crafty towel 😊 and fruits

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at the Swisshotel Lounge. From the warm welcome at the check-in counter to the attentive service staff, every interaction has been exceptional. Thank you all for consistently making my stays so memorable. A special shout-out to Cheary, who travels daily from JB to Singapore—your dedication is truly admirable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Our first wedding Anniversary dinner couldn't be more simple yet magical. The highlight was the Level 65 - Executive Lounge Service. We would love to give a special shoutout to the following staff: Ronald, Dave, Kate, Laurence and Roderick that made the night extra special for us. They didnt have to, but they understood the mission: They gave us extra special attention (setting our table, preparing the champagne etc). Moreover, while we were dining, Roderick arranged the room service to decorate our bedroom for us, setting the mood for our night. We are aware that it is Swissotel and its impeccable standards but we didn't expect this level of Service. Going beyond the extra mile and the kindness is an understatement. We will be back.

Location , room and service all excellent . Stayed in room 4661 great view of the city. Staff extremly accomodating to requests and enjoyed my time with this hotel very much. Shoudi and Merry the housekeepers were amazing and very professional.
