This is our third time at the Swissotel Singapore. We have a room on the 64th floor with a fantastic view towards Marina Bay. Level 65 is definitely worth it. The staff and service are very good. Our suite is large and comfortably furnished, super comfortable. We feel very comfortable.

The rooms are really clean and the view is nice. There could be more international food at breakfast. The entire staff is extremely friendly, especially at the breakfast. :) The hotel is directly connected to a shopping center and there is also a MRT station (City Hall).

1) Loved its convenience and family-friendly rooms: Stayed here about 7 years back when our little one was still a baby and always had fond memories how convenient this hotel was to the mall with lovely eateries, awesome supermarket, subway (City Hall MRT Station) directly connected to the mall, and the proximity to many places we wanted to visit e.g. museums, esplanade, Orchard, etc. We also chose it because it was one of the few hotels in town that had room types with two Double beds at a comfortable 40sqm size. 2) Renovated and improved: Back here again after all these years and found it has been renovated. At first look, we thought the "hot-desking" approach to checking in was a tad impersonal, but realized there were so many regulars (because many airlines booked this for their crew) that self check-in was indeed more efficient by minimizing lines. 3) Lovely reception and lovelier view: We thought as far as rooms go - it was the higher the better on this 73-floor hotel! But our lovely Indian reception knew better, and she gave us an upgrade to the Swiss Prestige Room Marina Bay (only two available each floor), unashamedly touted on their website as "offering the most panoramic and perfect views of Marina Bay" and it was INDEED so! One of the lowest i.e. 39th floor had a much better view of the streets and buildings below. I'd imagine this room costing thousands of dollars during the F1 Night Race, considering it literally stares right in the face of Padang Grandstand where "cars exit Turn 9 at ~240kmh" of the Marina Bay Street Circuit. The chocolate cake they gave us for our anniversary was a nice touch too. An overall winner in terms of family-friendly rooms, location, view, and service quality.

Impressive hotel and service. We are a family of 5 and finding a guaranteed interconnecting rooms can be challenging. Swissôtel has fantastic pre-booking service, we managed to secure one with ease. They had our rooms ready on time with the requested rollaway bed all ready upon arrival. The actual rooms are very modern, very clean with excellent amenities. It is upstairs from a shopping centre and everything is at your fingertips. The housekeeping service are fantastic, our rooms are immaculate everyday and they leave the loveliest “towel animals” for us. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful room with balcony and amazing uninterrupted views of the Marina Bay Sands hotel. Housekeeping was fantastic, Zar Lwin, Klar War and Jla Jin looking after us during our 5 night stay. They even dressed the bed for my wife’s birthday. The pool was a welcome break and we were able to relax each day following sightseeing and shopping. The Sakai Bar on 70th floor is a must for watching the Sunset and enjoying cocktails. There is a direct indoor link to Raffles City Mall with designer shops as well as M&S and an array of eateries for all tastes. Singapore is a vibrant place with lots to see and do, good transport systems, polite and courteous staff, from hotel concierge, restaurant waiters and bar staff to taxi drivers.
