Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is amazing, service was excellent, especially from Cheary who took great care of us. The best part of the hotel is the view at night where you can oversee the Marina area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a place to relax and chillax.

The hotel is very well located; an easy 20 minutes drive from Changi Airport. The reception area is large and dominated by self check-in kiosks; I had completed the registration (including scanning the passport) prior to arrival and was expecting a quick process. Unfortunately, most was repeating what I had already done only (including scanning the passport again) and unfortunately, the system did not recognize my consecutive bookings (and the bug happened again the following day when the system wanted to check me out). This is a bit of waste of time and will need to be enhanced in order not to waste travelers’ time. I personally do not like self check-in and rarely do a self check-out. I did not immediately see any option for an in-person check in. The room was a pleasant surprise, good size and with the bonus of a balcony overlooking the area toward MBS, very nice indeed. The bed was of very big size and the quality of bedding was very good. I also appreciated the cozy seating area. It would have been helpful if the plugs were more traveler friendly and did not just feature the standard Singapore plug. I liked the water filter in the bathroom, allowing me to refill the bottles provided in the room; a nice touch to reduce plastic or even glass recycling. A Nespresso machine in the room always brings me a smile (especially after a short night!). The TV was of good size with extensive programs. Also, the internet worked well. The breakfast experience (and I always went to the same restaurant) was a bit disappointing with a very mediocre fruit spread (more akin to Europe or US) and the rest of the buffet being largely unchanged from one day to the other. A bit of variety would be great, especially for those of us staying a bit longer. A bit shoutout to my room attendants (Sarasu + Fair) who prepared a cute animal made from towels. When I asked if there was possibly a “cousin” who I could bring along, they prepared a beautiful teddy bear as my travel mate. Very thoughtful and great attention to detail. Also, needless to say that they paid great attention to making up the room in a fabulous way (including wrapping up my messy charging cables). Kudos to that team! Very well done and I love the personalized note which they left in the room!

As a solo traveler, I recently stayed at Swissôtel The Stamford and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's convenience and facilities are top-notch, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the Housekeeping team, specifically Thi Dung and Zhi Yong, lyka. Traveling alone, you appreciate a quiet, clean, and well-maintained personal space. The level of detail and care provided by Thi Dung and Zhi Yong, lyka was remarkable. My room was always flawlessly cleaned and tidied. They have a keen eye for detail – from the perfect arrangement of pillows to ensuring all amenities were fully restocked. What I appreciated most was their respectful and unobtrusive manner. They always worked efficiently around my schedule and their presence was never intrusive. On one occasion, I left a book and my charging cables out, and I returned to find them neatly organized rather than just moved aside. This small, thoughtful touch showed a genuine respect for the guest's space and belongings. Their professionalism and dedication created a sanctuary for me after long days of exploring Singapore. Coming back to a perfectly prepared room every day was a luxury in itself. Both of them are tremendous assets to your hotel; they embody the spirit of true hospitality that makes a guest feel truly valued and cared for. My sincere thanks to them for contributing so significantly to my wonderful and relaxing solo journey. I will not hesitate to choose Swissôtel The Stamford again because of them.

Amazing staff, Kavitha Kumar is amazing, very detailed in her service and once you tell her your preference she always does it your way. Very positive,kind and helpful person. I got food poisioning the restaurant staff as well helped me by making special herbal drinks for me as well. They are all so kind.
