When we got to Swissôtel the staff were really welcoming,lovely and kind we enjoyed our stay here very much we t was very lovely when we came into our room there was a very nice surprise it was my soft toys and towel animals it was very cute ☺️ we enjoyed staying here very much thank you Swissôtel! 😊☺️

During my stay at the Swissôtel, everything in the rooms was absolutely mind blowing. After we came in the afternoon everything was completely organised! The beds were made perfectly, the towels were replaced, the items on the table were even set out in an order! It was glorious to see how much effort they put into this. We really appreciated the staff’s hard works and recommended it to everyone!

Nice but service standards need improvement

The hotel itself is nice, but the reason for my review is the service I received. I am a diamond Accor member so I spend a lot of time, and money in Accor hotels, the service here didn't match the normal standards. The only positive from the check in was the fact I did receive a key card. No information about the hotel, no offer of help with bags to the room, just given a card and "off you go". Shambolic given we checked in at the club lounge. A few other examples marred our stay, one of which was actually rude. It definitely took the shine off the experience. All very impersonal really. Unfortunate but easily changed if they have the desire. Politeness and a personal touch goes a long way.

In my opinion this is one of Singapore's best hotels. Centrally located and connected underground to food courts, restaurants and shopping malls. The suite on the 64th floor was beautifully appointed with a separate lounge room. The bed was very comfortable and the views were incredible!
