I have been a loyal customer of Fairmont The Palm since 2019, and I would like to recognize the outstanding service provided by Samira, my server, Deep, my bartender, Mustafa, my shisha specialist, and Risheta, the supervisor. Samira is consistently warm, attentive, and highly professional. She ensures everything runs smoothly, pays close attention to detail, and always makes each visit feel welcoming and personalized. Deep is an excellent bartender with impressive skill and consistency. He understands guest preferences, prepares drinks with care, and delivers a high-quality experience with a friendly and professional attitude. Mustafa is exceptional at preparing shisha. His knowledge, precision, and consistency ensure a smooth and perfectly balanced experience every time. Risheta, as the supervisor, deserves special recognition for her leadership and professionalism. She is always present, attentive, and ensures the highest level of service is maintained across the team, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. Team members like Samira, Deep, Mustafa, and Risheta are a true asset to Fairmont The Palm and are the reason I continue to return year after year. Outstanding service and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended.

Went to the Brazilian restaurant called Frevo!! The chef is amazing and the food is over the top! A very special thanks to Owrango, our amazing waiter. He was so professional and yet made us feel at home. Excellent experience!!! 100% recommend 🥰

Perfect dinner with Nishantha as our waiter, this guy is so friendly and Professional! We had dinner with tired kids but Nishantha was so charming to the kids and we had a great time. Thanks again!
