Third time staying in this beautiful hotel. Just wanted to highlight the wonderful staff and how they go above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and make your stay one to remember. Special mention to Wilson and his team at the breeze bar who cannot do enough for the guests. Always making sure we are well hydrated and never too busy to ask if they is anything they can do for us. They work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Thanks again for making our holiday memorable! 🙌🏻👏🏻❤️

Hotel very clean and looked after. Food is very good ,plenty of to choose from . Al cart restaurants are ok not my choice of food. Grounds are fabulous. So why 4 stars .sun beds at the breeze pool,one pool man puts towel on beds to 5 people at around 6-7 am.on 2 occasions these people haven’t used them till 4:30pm . While all day people have been walking around looking for beds to use . I find this very annoying. Not a bad place if this is all I have to complain about.

We are a family of 6, we had a 7 night stay at Rixos the Palm Hotel, ultra all inclusive. It was fabulous, no complaints at all. The staff are super accommodating, very friendly, can't do enough for you. The in room fridge is stocked every day with soft drinks, snacks, beer and water and it is all included. The food quality is very good, this being the normal worry when going AI, but there are no concerns here. The a la cart restaurants are great, but the buffet restaurant is just as good. They deliver buckets filled with ice and beer to your sunbed, before you've finished there's another one ready. A lovely fruit bar at one end of the pool and a Baskin Robbins ice cream stand at the other. The hotel is in a wonderful location overlooking the inner palm. We also had free entry into the Atlantis water park, you could go every day if you wanted too. Would recommend to anyone.

excellent stay, very friendly staff. Irem is a wonderful sound healer, it was very relaxing. Vidim by the pool was really attentive bringing drinks regularly. would return again!

Our stay at Rixos has been incredible… the facilities are amazing, with a lovely pool, spa and gym, and the food is delicious with a wide variety at the buffet, and lots of cuisines to choose from at the restaurants! The most standout part of our stay here is staff, who were always on their feet to do anything to make our stay even better. A special thank you to Jahid at housekeeping for always keeping our room spotless, Rupa at the Patisserie for being so kind to us, Diwan Singh at Toro Loco for going above and beyond to ensure we had an great time and enjoyed our food, Ishrara at the pool for always being extra attentive, Riya at Spa housekeeping for being so kind and there to help wherever she can, Vamshi at Bodrum for being so lovely to our family and making the best recommendations, and Mishel at security for her continuous exceptional customer service and always being free to have a conversation with us about anything! Overall, food, facilities, and staff made this an amazing trip for our family - highly recommend this hotel for family stays!
