The room was incredible we had a 2 bed suite and it was aabsolutely huge! We spent every evening in Bar1 and Saju provided us incredible service every time! she was very attentive and always remembered what we asked for! She deserves a medal! So lovely! The service from all the restaurants was incredible also and the food was remarkable for an all inclusive! We wil defo be returning!

This place is a treat !!! We went on honeymoon. the service is amazing staff all so helpful and friendly, we didn’t bring our kids but there is soo much to do here for kids and “are you a children person” must be a criteria to work here cause each staff member genuinely enjoyed the kids, they even had plastic cups bowls etc all for kids From the adult side there were staff a plenty by the pool to top up your drinks, water etc, each restaurant was nicer than the last food wise ! Loads of choice in buffet and the wine was flowing ! There was music in each restaurant each night and they have late / sports bar that stays open till 2am Literally something for everyone. The lifeguards were so attentive at the pool and enjoyed the craic with guests too. Fri had a DJ ans saxophone player by the pool with dancers it was a really nice touch and weekend vibes. I needed pharmacy supplies and they ordered them and delivered to my room and texted me when they had been delivered. We cleaning staff couldn’t do enough. We had Perara as our cleaner and he was just so professional. There are so many other staff whose names I can’t remember but all deserve the recognition. We hope to be back and next time as a family holiday. Thank you all at Rixos for making our honeymoon so special

We visited for my mums 60th birthday as 2 couples. The resort is fantastic. Beautiful view on the palm. The staff are AMAZING. We have been to some wonderful hotels and places in the world but WOW the team here are unreal. Some specific call outs - Gaurov in Bodrum seafood restaurant, Mohammed who works the bar area behind Bodrum and Sunny who works the beach beds around the Bodrum restaurant are all particularly brilliant people. Moses who looks after the outside buffet restaurant again is wonderful. I can’t speak highly enough of this team and the hotel!!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in October to celebrate my 60th birthday, staying in a 3 bedroom suite. Writing this review for future residents BE AWARE! Today my credit card company contacted me to say they had declined a payment to MAMO Collect your ticket DUBAI The only time this card was used was in reception at check in !!

Mirac Exculisive Sports Club at Rixos The Palm Hotel. Bike tour to Atlantis is fun and good way to burn some calories! Friendly and helpful guide! I can recommend it as an enjoyable experience. Its good to get out and get to see the other buildings and hotels on the Palm.
