We spend 8 days at Sofitel. The location is great. Atlantis nearby and really worth it. Get the Fastpass as early as possible. If bought early you might get it for USD 50. We paid more, but it was worth every penny. The hotel is really nice. The Replay bar is a hidden gem, best staff, not crowded, free pool billiard, pac man and darts. Teens love it. The gym is also best condition and really spacious. The restaurants provide good choice and staff is really taking good care. We ate often at the buffet Manava, for a party of five it always offered great choice . At the Porterhouse Steakhouse we were treated really well by Drishti and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Improvements are difficult to find : The towel guys are super, but even in this hotel, you need to reserve first row sun beds at 8am. Most of the time many sun beds are occupied but empty. Hotel should be more rigorous and not allow empty sun beds for extended time. There is still plenty of second, third and fourth row. Room service also has some opportunity. We had a kitchen area, but didn’t get a towel or sponge to clean dishes. Overall really great experience. Staff excellent fast and supportive (you will not find this level in Italy, Spain or Greece)

Umesh was a great host and felt us really at home. The dinner was great and the atmosphere super. The kids couldn’t eat all so we even got a doggy bag to take the delicious salmon at home to eat later on. We would definitely come another time back !

This hotel is like a gem, particularly the Oliviers. Charlene and Corrina, these two ladies are both welcoming and genuine. They took care of us and made sure we enjoyer our time at the restaurant. The rooms are clean and the view are fantastic.
