Our stay experience in Sofitel Dubai the palm was wonderful, but to make it even more special and memorable by vinayak we have to thank him for always keeping our room clean. We were with the kids, and they would make the room Massey . But whenever we returned, we would find our room clean. he is kind, humble very polite and very respectful about everything Thankyou so much for making our stay very memorable

Above and beyond at Moana

We had a beautiful dinner at Moana on our first night in Dubai but after all the day’s excitement our 3yr old son fell asleep during the starter. Umesh and Hazel were wonderful. They suggested they could pack my husband and son’s main courses so that my husband could eat in the room and we would have food should my son wake up hungry. Of course my son woke up just as he was being put to bed so we were very grateful they had thought ahead! My daughter and I continued our dinner in the restaurant and it was superb (black cod 10/10).

Lovely family, Hotel staff are very friendly. Kamal managed to make some really nice designs of animals in the rooms using towels for our kids and they loved it.

First time in Dubai. Truly dreadful hotel. Gaudy, no charm or character, concrete jungle. Impersonal incompetent service. Staff couldn’t care less. Booked two bed apartment which is a concrete prison with washing machine and fridge. Breakfast was a zoo. Currently looking to move elsewhere for the rest of our stay. Avoid at all costs.

Sofitel Dubai The Palm is recognized as one of the most beautiful, serene, and nature-oriented resorts on the Palm, with wide spread grounds, greenery, and spacious surroundings key features appreciated by our guests. The apartments are specifically designed to cater to families, which is why amenities such as washing machines and fridges are included. These features are intended to enhance the comfort and convenience of our guests and are highly valued by the majority of visitors. Regarding your breakfast comments, please note that we serve close to 800 guests daily. Breakfast is quieter and more peaceful from 06:30 to 09:00. From 09:00 to 11:00, it is the hotel’s peak period, which naturally results in a busier environment. Guests seeking a quieter breakfast experience are welcome to visit earlier or dine at our alternative outlets, where we extend the buffet to ensure comfort and convenience for all. We always strive to ensure our guests are happy and satisfied, and we kindly request that reviews are expressed politely and respectfully.
