We had a great stay at this hotel, in a very nice setting. The rooms, common areas and exteriors are spotlessly clean. All the staff are amazingly kind: always smiling, attentive and professional, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to the wonderful Cherry at the kids area. The food offered in the buffets is varied and quality with, in addition, 3 themed restaurants (Lebanese, Italian, Asian) that bring beautiful culinary discoveries. The swimming pools, private beach and bars offer everything you need to relax and fully enjoy the holiday. were at the top and came perfectly to end our days in an exceptional atmosphere. A hotel I recommend without hesitation for a relaxing stay in the sun.

Absolutely terrible experience. Booked sea view, got room with view of next door building. Noise until 2am every night. Beach club filled with families but not taking any feedback on music being too loud. Menu not adequate for babies and staff random in how they take requests. Hygiene of room was lacking, I got bitten in bed twice. No feedback taken by management when we did checkout early. They only care about money here...they wanted to offer a 10% discount on future stays...idiots.

Awesome resort . Very clean / up to date / modern . Excellent service. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and staff were very efficient . Our room service worker Ali on the 20 th floor was extra nice and efficient and is worth a special mention . Will definitely come back.
