Our stay at Rixos Premium JBR was truly exceptional and deeply personal for us. This was not our first visit, we first stayed in 2019 on our very first holiday together after I adopted my son — and returning felt just as special, if not more so. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt like home. A very special thank you to Ahmed Mustafa, Duty Manager, who went above and beyond to make my son feel welcomed and celebrated. The beautifully prepared room, with thoughtful personalised touches, set the tone for a memorable stay and left my son absolutely delighted. The breakfast and dinner offerings deserve special mention, quite possibly the best hotel food display we have ever experienced. The variety is exceptional and especially thoughtful for children, offering choice without overwhelm. For my son, who has ADHD and can find food tricky at times, this made a huge difference. It gave him the freedom to choose familiar options while gently encouraging him to try new things. I’m also very particular about hotel toiletries, and the L’Occitane products in the bathroom were a gorgeous and unexpected touch, a small detail that speaks volumes about the standards and care upheld by the hotel. The warmth, attention to detail and genuine hospitality throughout our stay created memories we will cherish forever. An outstanding experience and a hotel we will continue to recommend without hesitation.

Ladies day at Azure beach club

I spent the day at the Azure beach club. For the ladies day Wednesday. Entry + 5 drinks for 150AED . This place was amazing, with very attentive staff, from the waiter to the cleaners. Special shout out to Simon and Mateus they were great. I can’t wait to come back for the sushi.

Wahidur was very helpful in the breakfast hall making sure we had everything fresh and topped up. Ather Ali and Dharam also gave exceptional service when it came to cleaning our rooms, everything was always above and beyond!
