I had the most incredible experience at Raffles Dubai on the Palm, and I have to give a special shoutout to Saikiran, my housekeeper. From the moment I arrived, Saikiran went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made my experience truly unforgettable. Every request was met with a smile, and he kept my room spotless throughout my entire stay. He’s an absolute asset to the hotel, and I genuinely believe he deserves a promotion. Thank you, Saikiran, for making my time at Raffles so special!

The Hotel is very beautiful and looks like a magnificent castle. The service is extraordinary and everyone is very kind. The Hotel has a nice pool and a cool poolbar aswell. There are different good restaurants too. Our Room was perfect and we had a nice view. Special thanks to Sakiran from the housekeeping. He took care of our room and everytime he did a perfect job. Sakiran cleaned up very well and was very nice to us. We will come back for sure !

Our two house keepers; Saikiran & Kuressh went above & beyond for us. They were at our beck and call whenever we needed them & lit up the room every single day. They created such a beautiful night time ambience winding down the room in the evenings & the cleaning was immaculate in the mornings. We could not of asked for a better service. Not that we needed another reason to visit back as The Raffels Palm is truly perfection but we look forward to visiting & having their 5 star services again.
