Was a marvellous experience. Highly enjoyed the hotel and staff. I have been here several times and every single time the experience is top-level. Especially with the help of Klein, Sheham, and Belal - who made the trip better by supporting my leisure and time here.

Absolutely amazing holiday - Natsu and the team were fantastic in helping me arrange a proposal with flowers, chocolates etc - it was amazing to share such a special occasion with the team. Will defo return. Thanks Natsu x

Our stay at Raffles The Palm, Dubai was amazing! From the luxurious rooms to the breathtaking views, every detail was perfect. We were visiting for our son’s 30th birthday and he received a complimentary cake and decorations which was a lovely surprise! Thank you to the chefs catering for our gluten free diet and the lovely hostesses .. We want to give a special mention to Jolina from the restaurant staff. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable .. always greeting us with a warm smile, anticipating our needs, and offering thoughtful recommendations. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made us feel truly valued as guests. It's rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency with such heartfelt hospitality, and Jolina certainly made our visit extra special. We highly recommend Raffles The Palm

"5/5 STARS! Raffles on the Palm Dubai is absolute luxury with stunning views, impeccable service, and rooms that scream opulence. The pool was big and the outside looked very festive with a large Christmas tree. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. They were available 24hrs. A special thank you goes to Natsu and Gurpreet Singh. Natsu made sure that she did all our bookings and had everything we needed. Gurpreet was always there to help.
