We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The facilities are excellent and very family friendly. The housekeeping team were truly outstanding- especially Jane and Flora who went above and beyond to meet our requests. Also to Shakil, your attention to detail was appreciated. We felt so well looked after and would happily return.

I can honestly say, that Raffles, the Palm was the best experience I have ever had of a 5 star hotel. The experience was absolutely exemplary and could not have been improved. From arrival, to departure, everything was exceptional.

Great experience,lovely hotel grounds and lobby area,all the staff i encountered were polite and helpful,particularly at breakfast,front office and housekeeping. Special thanks to Jane,her smily nature was especially lovely to see,Ola and corina their courtesy and kindness made the stay more special. Beautiful is an understatement.

We stayed here for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and professional and the hotel is in great condition. The elevator were fast, which made moving around the hotel easy and convenient, even during busy hours. Breakfast offered were good variety of option. Our room was beautiful in every way clean twice a day and spotless. Jane and here team worked so hard and their effort really deserves recognition. Again the staff overall was extremely polite and professional. When we had an issue of noise in our room. Manager omar immediately accommodate our request without any inconvenience. High quality hotel with a great design, excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We have just returned back from Raffles Palm Dubai and cannot wait to book our next stay. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special, the Hotel rooms are beautiful, spacious and the service is second to none. Husna made our check in extremely easy with a smile and made us feel very welcome and was very helpful throughout our stay. In the Club Lounge Sheikh made sure that we were well looked after. Brenda in the Le Jardin brassiere was absolutely brilliant and Nur the Concierge was very obliging. THE STAR was Melina Louzi who personally ensured that we were treated like royalty and together with Dina Essam saw to our every need. Melina and Dina both made sure that they met us everyday to ask that we were happy with the service we were getting.
