Stay at Your Own Peril – A Nightmare Disguised as a Hotel

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we truly apologize for the discomfort you faced due to noise disturbance. Ensuring our guests have a restful and pleasant stay is very important to us, and we are sorry that we fell short in this instance. After reviewing your concerns, we found that the hotel was at full occupancy at the time of your check-in, which unfortunately limited our ability to offer an immediate room change. However, we understand that our Duty Manager met with you the following day to personally address your complaint and offered a room move to a quieter area of the hotel. We regret that this solution did not work for you and understand how frustrating this must have been. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we will continue to explore ways to minimize noise disruptions for our guests. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding, and we sincerely hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
