My expenience was wonderfull... good staff, clean every thing, too much attention. Also near the swimming pool MR. RAVI ISWONDERFULL STAFF.... he payed attention off every small detail and thanks a lot for that. Best experiance ever ... room 234😊😊

Good location, specious room, amazing stay. Housekeeping maintaining the room nicely. Housekeeping service is very good. Especially Mr. Ajith. His attitude is very good. He is arranging my room everyday nicely. Breakfast is very good. Specious lobby. Overall very is good

I like the service from the restaurant of the hotel, they are very nice,the swimming pool was a bit small but at least the person incharge ,mr ravi he is very accommodating and helpful, the room is a bit small than I expected, the smell of the washroom is not good.

It was a superb experience with Mercure staff Ravi and Shaidu were present always present which made our family comfortable during swiming. Management has maintained the hygiene and discipline Execellent Reception and staff gesture. Good stay for family. I stayed in Room 220 which was spacious... Tip and trick Try rooms like 120, 220, 320, 420 which are very spacious - Lemuel Fernandes

Housekeeping department is very good and quick, room and washroom kept in good condition and room smells nice. dillip was very helpful. The hotel reception is very clean and well kept. The room was very professional when we checked in and the bed was good too.
