Our experience at Fairmont Dubai was exemplary and reflects the very best of luxury hospitality. We travelled from the UK with our toddler, and Queenie Paz, Guest Experience Manager, made our stay exceptionally comfortable by proactively arranging a toddler pram, which was a huge support while exploring Dubai. Her attention to detail and personal involvement truly stood out. In addition, she kindly arranged a room upgrade and ensured seamless coordination throughout our stay. The professionalism, warmth, and teamwork demonstrated by Queenie and the entire Fairmont Dubai team were impressive. Being from the hospitality industry myself, I am particularly appreciative of service that goes beyond expectation, and Fairmont Dubai delivered exactly that. Overall a very good stay

Housekeeping was excellent, especially Kaisar and Sujan and Hope at the front desk was very kind and efficient. Overall, an excellent stay. The only disappointing experience was with a lady called shuruk at front desk, who was rather rude when I was checking in. There was no politeness in her approach and she couldn’t give me my room even though it was 4 pm, and when I complained, she simply told me that she could refund me my payment if I wasn’t happy. Rather poor approach to a regular guest who has stayed at the hotel 9 times!

Average experience- expected better

Stayed here for 5n in one of the suites in Dec 2025 as part of our new year's trip to visit friends. While there wasn't anything specifically bad, we just didn't really feel very welcome and pretty much everything seemed like it could be better, for a Fairmont. We were not very happy with our interaction with the staff at reception - during check-in, check-out or generally at any other time we spoke to them in person...not sure if it was the time of the year but they always seemed very cold and didn't come across as very friendly or welcoming. The staff at the breakfast were very hassled, given the rush, so can't really blame them - but again the place felt small for a hotel of the size. There were a few instances where they just missed what we had asked for and we had to remind them a couple of times. The room was quite spacious and had all the amenities- the beds were comfortable and the room was quite clean. The location is reasonably central and they have multiple restaurants - although we never tried any. We didn't use much of the hotel facilities, except the pool - which felt small for a hotel of this size...however our son had a good time, so no complaints there.

ابدا التقييم سيء والتعامل سيء مع العلم بان الموقع جميل والفندق نظيف جدا ،، ولكن التعامل كان سيء جدا وعدم احترافيه في التعامل مع العملاء ، الدخول في وقت متاخر والخروج في وقت كذلك مبكر وعدم احترافية الموظفيين

الغرفه : جيده الموظفين : خدمة العملا في الاستقبال غير لطيفه ادخلونا متأخرين في الساعه 5 وفي يوم الخروج من الفندق تم الاتصال بجميع الغرف المحجوزه من قبلنا وهي 5 سويتات وغرفه عاديه والموظفه تقول يجب عليكم الخروج من وقت علما بانه تم اعلامهم في الجك ان بأنني سوف اخرج في الموقت الذي دخلت فيه الفندق ولكن كانت فظه وتقول يوجد زوار اخرين سوف يدخلون الغرفه وأنا كذلك زائر لماذا لم تقومون بإدخالي في الموقت المحدد صف السيارات : غير راضي لا يعرفون الأعمال مع السيارات خدمة حمل الامتعه انتظرتهم ساعه ونصف لكي ياتون لحمل أمتعتي للخروج من الفندق ولم ياتو الي وحملت أمتعتي بنفسي وخرجت من الفندق
