This was a great night even im alone kris the bartender made my night soo special with his great taste cocktail..bishoy supervised me with all his effort he never leave me unattended..hospitality and a good service by nader..music and intertainment was soo good to listen..ambience are soo positive i wil definitely coming back again here

Best service ever! !Ramy & Mohey & Bassem were fantastic!! They went above and beyond every day. Made our stay wonderful! Everything about this hotel was first rate! The suites were beautiful, clean, with everything we needed including a lovely Nile River view!

We received extremely Excellent service from Mohamed Elsheme in the Fairmont Gold Lounge. He was Extremely attentive to guests and always ready to serve. He Made the FG experience even better. We stayed a few nights and he remembered all our preferences.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. We had requested a Nile facing room with a king size bed . The room smelled of stale cigarettes and when we asked for a different room it was city facing and had two twin beds. They must enforce the non smoking policy. I understand it’s Egypt and smoking is normal there but Egypt’s number one economy is tourism and the hotel should be hospitable to all clients.
