I enjoyed the Breakfast of my Friends Bassem and Mr Girgis. Very professional. Their services have been very good, Always advicing on the best options to take and have always been perfect. They are also on time in everything they do.

One of the best hotels in Egypt specially on the Nile area,it’s amazing and the main restaurant l’uliveto have an amazing food experience with a nile view experience and the bartender hossam makes amazing coffe with a lovely smile every morning

Wonderful hotel - has absolutely everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Cairo. Beautiful views and wonderful location. The food was very good. We especially appreciated the extra attention from the dining room folks, especially Ramy!!

Very nice place to have lunch or diner nice atmosphere all the day they have activities also. Islam muhammed was or waiter he is very very helpful and good service. Chief Ala and luai the have very good dishes and flavor. I recommend this place for all type of peoples

Our group of 6 from Canada has had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Nile City hotel. We have had exceptional experiences with the friendliness of the staff, especially the housekeepers Mohammed Moussa and Mohammed Husny. Breakfast is always my favourite part of our days where we are pleasantly greeted and cared for by gracious hosts, often Ramy and Bassem. They ensured we are adequately caffeinated by the breakfast bars baristas. Hossam makes a very lovely cappuccino that is favourable by all. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
