Well the ambiance is hotel is quite impressive. You can spend your holidays with your family apart that I went for breakfast and the selection was very less almost not at all for foreigners you can eat just omelette. The coffee I ordered it was not coffee the barista should trained well how to make coffee. Healthy section very less and fruit looks not fresh. Some staffs and very nice and have good knowledge of hospitality but rest staff very rude they don’t know how to communicate in conversation. Pasta from room service was taste less. And just for suggestion they should mention ‘thank you for calling’ before they cut the call not “bye bye”each time. And Mahmoud I ordered him pasta I was unaware my room was not in dndt but he was talking very rude in the phone to told me open the door for his colleague. One thing !! You have to work from your heart not to pretend. Thanks!!

Amazing hotel especially ms bassant from guest relations she has amazing smile and she wonderful she able solve any problem every day she follow up with me and asked if i need anything really very good person the hotel near from mall of egypt and big pool and gardens I recommend the hotel for any one will stay in October

It was great experience the service was nice the stuff was great the manager for the restaurant Mr. Ahmed he is very nice person and taking car of the guest the food was very nice variety the Egyptian breakfast is nice the pancakes the fatera was great i recommend the place and the restaurant

Very clean,modern, Beautiful scenery everywhere you go. The breakfast buffet has many option there’s so many things to choose from and the staff are very friendly. Very fluffy pillows in room room service very good too love the pool the palm trees
