Terrible Hotel a disgrace to the Novotel name!

Terrible Hotel. Not at all maintained. The phone did not work. So we could not call anyone at reception. The Kettle plug was stuck somewhere so w could not make coffee or Tea. There was no soap in the Bathroom. The Doors were all jammed we thought the keys were not working. We had to walk to reception twice for someone to come with us and JERK the door open and say it was working. The Reception Staff were unprofessional and should be working in a Backpackers Hostel. Personally I wouldn’t even call this a Motel let alone a Hotel.

Stayed here for one night in September 2023. Sole reason is being an Accor platinum member and proximity to the airport for an early flight. Pros: - they gave me a welcome amenity - they have a free shuttle to and from the airport Cons: - Mahmoud at check in is ill equipped to deal with customers. His English is not great and gave no info about the hotel. I had a half board booking and he didn’t tell me about it. - The food is the restaurant is inedible. No redeeming factor with any dish. I even skipped breakfast because of how awful dinner was. - Check out, really rude man, who lied about his name. Find out who was working the morning of Sep 15. He is so aggressive and unnecessarily rude. Horrible. Do not recommend under any circumstances.

This place have friendly staff and 24 hour free shuttle bus depart hourly from the hotel to airport terminals, very ideal for transit stay. Highly recommended place with good facility. Would come back again.

Good hospitality at this hotel from all the staff members I had a great experience at this hotel and my accommodation went above my expectations so I’am grateful specially for the front desk staff that helped me a lot by their warm and friendly behavior I really appreciate it over all it was a great stay with Novotel

Horrible visit, the service is not good at all.

The service was terrible. Always is whenever I visit this hotel. This is my second time and both times the experience was vary bad. The first room they gave me was stinking and very dirty bathroom tiles, damp carpet. I complained and they changed the room. The new room was still with dirty bathroom tiles and no internet…the reception was of no assistance at all for the whole week I was there. I was forced to work at the reception area to get internet access. The gym is never open on time and whenever I asked for it to be open(after the stipulated time which is 8am) they made me wait and it almost looked like I was being a bother to them. So yes overall service at this hotel is horrible and not worth it.
