We are writing this review after our third consecutive stay in Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi. The entire experience from arrival to departure is pleasant and fluid, first and foremost, due to the excellent, top quality, human interaction with the hotel’s staff even in the most minor, unexpected moments. To reach such quality from bottom up, even with staff on the beach, at the kids club, the lifeguards and the room maids you need a truly engrained culture, with real respect and customer centric values, that hotel’s team likes to share and proudly transmit further. We’ve met many employees that were there three years ago, and while for the reception staff the computer will do the reminder work, they were clearly recognising us in a sincere manner. The hotel is 15 min from airport, grand and well built. It has great views over the Grand Mosque, Al Raha creek and hosts quite a mix of amenities. While not new anymore, is in great shape, adapting in function to any social and business event, accommodating both families and couples’ holidays alike. Our family has been really enjoying our holidays here for the last three years. Keep up your great human quality and culture !!!

During my recent trip to Dubai, I decided to extend my journey with a visit to the iconic Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi. While searching for accommodation, I chose the Fairmont Hotel at Bab Al Bahr, a renowned 5-star beach resort in Abu Dhabi. Set along the picturesque Abu Dhabi Creek, the hotel boasts a stunning location and offers breathtaking views of the famous Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. My stay at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr was an exceptional experience marked by high-quality hospitality from beginning to end. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by polite staff and personally escorted to the reception area. As part of the welcome, traditional Arabic coffee was served, making for a pleasant start. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The rooms at the Fairmont are spacious and beautifully designed, featuring distinct bath and toilet areas that enhance comfort and privacy. For those seeking a memorable view, rooms facing the creek offer sweeping panoramas of both the waterway and the majestic Sheikh Zayed Mosque. The breakfast spread is truly impressive, occupying a large area and offering an unbelievable array of food and fruits. Notably, the selection includes varieties of high-quality pure honey rarely found in hotels across the globe. This breakfast experience added to what became one of my best international stays. Guests can enjoy world class on-site amenities, including private sandy beaches, an Olympic-length swimming pool, covered children’s pool, separate ladies’ and mixed-use gyms. Unfortunately, due to a packed schedule, I was unable to try out any of the hotel's restaurants. The Fairmont Bab Al Bahr is conveniently situated just 5 kilometres, or approximately a 10-minute drive, from the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The route is straightforward and typically free of heavy traffic, ensuring easy access to this iconic landmark. I extend full credit to the management and staff of the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr for making my stay truly memorable. Their attention to detail and dedication to service stood out throughout my visit. A classic luxury deluxe hotel with genuine Arabic hospitality – it surely exceeds guest’s highest expectation.

We stayed 7 nights in a Gold Room at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, and overall our experience was outstanding. The hotel team were exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Rajan, Paolo, Phoo, Nazia, Alfam, Cristian, Angellla, Eric, and Bryan looked after us as though we were old friends, remembering the finer details and making everything feel effortless. A special mention also to Alex at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill, a true gentleman who made our evening memorable with his calm, attentive service. Every member of staff we encountered was a credit to the hotel, and the overall atmosphere reflected a very high standard of hospitality. The only downside was an experience with a concierge representative (believed to be working on behalf of Miral). We were misled regarding the location and transport requirements of an attraction we were sold tickets for, and key details including that tickets were non-refundable were not clearly communicated. Attempts to resolve the issue were unfortunately unsuccessful, which was disappointing and out of step with the otherwise excellent service we received. That said, this was very much the exception. Our stay at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr was truly memorable, and we would happily return and recommend the hotel thanks to its outstanding staff and overall experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional stay at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The team acknowledged my husband’s birthday and kindly upgraded us to a beautiful creek-view room with stunning mosque views, which immediately set the tone for a very special stay. Bouchra (Bushra) at reception was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to arrange birthday touches and was especially wonderful with our toddler, always greeting us when she saw us and making us feel truly welcome. The staff at CuiScene were equally incredible. Chezka provided great service and a very warm, welcoming presence, taking such lovely care of our toddler by playing with her and keeping her entertained with colouring. Al Makthoum showed exceptional attention to detail, even remembering to order our toddler’s milk for bedtime without being asked. A special thank you to Chef Chandrakant Joshi, who personally ensured we were happy and accommodated all our food requests with great care. The food was excellent throughout, and the birthday celebration was made extra special with cakes and beautifully presented fruit platters. Beautiful rooms, a gorgeous beach, amazing pools, a spotless property, and a very family-friendly atmosphere. Fairmont is truly lucky to have such an incredible team — the staff are what make this hotel exceptional.
