Overall great experience. The service, the standards and welcoming were exceptional. Small area for improvement, the cleaning of sun-beds other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone looking for a high-quality stay.

I am regular guest of this hotel and this is like my home. I am always booked here bcoz the ambiance of the hotel is so fantastic,the restaurants are all amazing and the staff service is so fantastic as well i want to share my thanks to Mr Shirazi the night manage and Mr Zalimar front desk agent for thier good service .

Slow service and poor staff!!!

We recently came to your hotel and had an experience at The Bridges Bar. We decided to sit outside as the atmosphere and location was great. However we kept waiting forever to get noticed by the staff even after they welcomed us. They did not take the order and the service was very slow throughout the evening. We tried to ask for more drinks but the staffs are always grouped at the bar counter and the guests outdoor feel neglected like we did. However the food was great and we wish that we have better service and attitude.

George is very friendly and gave us excellent service. Food was great with an astonishing variety. We ate in the Ramadan tent in Fairmont hotel and staff was extremely kind and friendly. Open buffet and amazing view of the grand Zayed mosque. Delicious dates and chocolate fountain for kids.

I went for Iftar buffet with my friends and we really enjoyed the place and the food. Hisham was very professional and helpful. I will definitely come back again. رحت مع اصدقائي لافطار رمضان وكان رائع واستمتعنا بالاجواء والاكل. هشام كان جدا متعاون ولطيف.
