Nowhere close to a 5 stars hotel

I can’t believe it is a 5 stars hotel, they have very serious issues from hygiene, to safety (pool area), to services (including room service, valet parking) and to finish the hotel manager is totally absent, tried to reach out to him/her to share the feedback in vain despite trying 3 times over 5 days… the photos attached were for 5 days with not a single day having a room service made in a suite where a family of 4 was staying! We ended up going to the reception to ask even for toilet paper!!! extremely disappointed from the 5 stars and even more from being an Accord hotel!! Last day when checking out the deputy hotel manager reached out and promised to investigate on all the issues shared but obviously nothing was done and no follow up was made. Absolutely careless management. A real pity as location and potential are high but all the rest is disappointing and even dangerous.

هذه المره الاولي التى اسكن فيها بهذا المجلس (الفندق) وحرصت بأن يكون الفندق قريب من وسط البلد، وخصوصا اني احب مجموعة اكور جدا لما لهم من لمسات لطيفة في كل شئ. عندما تدخل الفندق تجد ابتسامة من جميع العاملين بلا استثناء ، و تجد الترحيب والمساعد من اعضاء فريق الكونسيرج الجميع. اما عندما تصل الى الاستقبال تجد الترحيب والمساعدة ، الاخ / محمد الذي تواصل معي وانا بالطريق من السعودية الى ابوظبي لتأكيد اختيار الغرف لدي وللأسرة وجهد يشكر عليه ، ثم الاخ / ناصر والسيد/ مورالي الذي ابدي حسن التعاون والمساعده دائما. ولما تحتاح لآي استفسار او تطلب مساعده كل الفريق الامامي في خدمتك منهم الانسة/ نريمان صاحبة الابتسامة ، والانسة/ Marzuna ، والانسة/ Maya ،والانسة/ Umeda ،والانسة/ Elena. وطبعا الوجبة الاهم هي الافطار وتكون في ضيافة السيد/ Andrew والانسة/ Soumyasree ،والاخ / أيمن مع كامل الفريق المتألق الذي يعمل كخلية النحل وايضا العاملين بالمطبخ الامامي ، وتجد امامك كل ما لذا وطاب، وان كان لديك اي نوع من الحساسية او لدي احد من افراد اسرتك فكل ما عليك اخبار احدهم وسوف يقدمون لك ما تحتاجة بسرعة. ولا ننسي فريق خدمة الغرف فجزيل الشكر للاخ / آمين الاسلام مسؤلهم المتعاون جدا ، والسيدة/ Shamali اللتى تتفنن تنظيف وترتيب الغرف وتضع لمسات رائعه ، وايضا السيدة/ Kyi Kyi السريعه بالاعمال فلهم جميعا الشكر والتقدير.

A great option for a budget stay in AD

I stayed here with my family for around 4 weeks when I moved to the city. I would highly recommend it for that purpose but also for a budget orientated city break. The room was extremely spacious and well equipped. It was very comfortable. The facilities are very good, the gym is well equipped, the pool is spacious. We only ate breakfast once and it was good quality. We had some issues with the cleaning of the room, this kept happening too late in the day which was inconvenient as we were cooking etc. But this did eventually get resolved. And the cleaning itself was very good! The staff overall were great too - friendly, helpful, efficient. Lastly the location is fantastic for food - lots of authentic, budget eats in the area. It’s also well located for trips to the beach/malls.
