Cleanliness The cleanliness at Novotel Al Bustan is exceptional. The rooms are well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff ensures that everything is spotless. The common areas, including the lobby and hallways, are always clean and tidy. The attention to detail in maintaining hygiene, especially in the bathrooms and bed linens, stands out. Overall, the hotel upholds high standards of cleanliness, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Breakfast The breakfast buffet at Novotel Al Bustan is a standout feature. The variety is impressive, offering both local and international dishes to cater to a wide range of tastes. From fresh pastries and cereals to hot options like eggs, sausages, and traditional Arabic dishes, there is something for everyone. The quality of the food is consistently good, and the presentation is neat. The breakfast area is spacious and well-organized, with attentive staff ensuring everything runs smoothly. It's a great way to start the day!

Hotel is under renovation. The walkway from the car park to lobby is filled with construction material and trash. First room we got assigned has loads of black mould on the wall. Cleaning is slap dash as best. Rooms are very dated (last generation of Novotel design). A refresh is urgently needed. We were in an Executive Room, which on Accor's website/app is advertised as having bathrobes and slippers. But these amenities are nowhere to be found in the room. When I called reception (three times) to ask for these they sent up kids' bathrobes - ridiculous. When I complained they were like "oh sorry these are the only ones we have" - what?! There are much better options in Abu Dhabi - avoid this place like the plague.

Excellent experience at novotel Hotel albustan Absolutely fantastic and well located facility. Staff is very supportive and dedicated especially Mr albert who really helped us in extending maximum care and comfort during our stay. Rooms, ambiance, food etc all are great. Highly recommended.

Everything is good and the staff they are kind and so helpful and they so nice and the place is clean everything is perfect and thank you for everything thing and how you help us and make us happy and make our hearts warm I’ll visit this hotel every time thank you.

I feel quite pleasure to say that this hotel is quite excellent! As I checked in, They were quite welcoming and showed us our rooms, and the room was quite beautiful, and comfortable. As we woke up, we went downstairs and ate breakfast, Abigail was welcoming and told us where the pool and spa is! Thank you Novotel, for making us feel right at home!!
