Not the best choice for adult only traveler's

This was our third stay at a Rixos resort (previously stayed in Belek and Dubai) and once again the service, cleanliness and overall experience was excellent! However this resort would be 3rd on our top 3 Rixos resorts… the à la carte restaurants were not as impressive, the Orient was the stand out, the Asian underwhelming which was a shame as Asian restaurants at Rixos resorts have typically been the most memorable. Entertainment was a bit tame for us.. having experienced the entertainment at Rixos Belek. Our biggest gripe would be as two adults travelling without children we couldn’t enjoy any child free areas… the hotel has a few adult only areas but none of them are policed by staff or fully respected by holiday makers. Similarly people leaving towels on lounges most of the day unattended around the pool and beach created a shortage of lounges which staff seemed unwilling to manage (although blame is squarely on customers, it took us no time to simply return our towels after we were finished) The above is not helped by just having one main pool! The birds around the pool area are a problem, we saw them going into people’s beach bags and flying off with stuff. So with those with families this would be a good hotel but for adults traveling without children this may be a little frustrating.

An amazing first holiday with Rixos from walking through the doors exhausted at 4 AM x we were treat like valued guests!

Staff are amazing, they are anticipating your needs. I found our holiday so relaxing. Entertainment is low key which is also so relaxing x The Al a carte restaurant we tried Orient & Italian were exceptional x Ahron Lester is a fabulous waiter. Thank you to him x All the waiting staff were so attentive x You certainly leave feeling like royalty xx

مرحبا بكم اود ان اقول ان هذا الفندق من افخم الفنادق التي قمت بالنزول فيها الغرف نظيفه جدا والخدمه فوق الممتازه والاكلات بالمطاعم متنوعه وجودتها عليه جدا اشكركم جدا علي حسن استضافتكم لنا واود ايضا ان اوجه خالص الشكر للأستاذ مينا نجيب الذي ساعدنا جدا في التواصل مع الاستقبال والترجمه لنا حيث اننا نتحدث العربيه فقط وتوضيح الخدمات المتاحه لنا بكل بساطه وبكل رحب واسع لم يتردد ابدا في الرد علي اسئلتنا العديده حتي في ساعات الراحه وحتي حين عدم تواجده بالفندق وحتي في الاوقات المتأخره من اليوم هذا الرجل رائع ومتعاون جدا شكرا ريكسوس وفريق عمله وشكرا مينا تحياتي تركي الحمادي ( Translated by Google ) Welcome! The rooms are very clean, the service is excellent, and the food in the restaurants is varied and of very high quality. Thank you very much for your hospitality. He explained the available services to us simply and with great enthusiasm. He never hesitated to answer our numerous questions, even during his off-duty hours, when he was not at the hotel, and even late at night. This man is wonderful and very helpful. Okay, so the best thing in the hotel is the guy in the entrance with a golden beautiful thing where he puts his best card on cinnamon coffee it’s the coffee man the best I guess he should open his own coffee shop because it’s the best guy out there with the dates and pistachio as well and Latoya and Milana as well are very good
