This hotel is very beautiful and staff also very good , good service food very good , there working good bartders , good drinks and all outlet very good , I drink two type of cocktails this cocktails making Shamith he very good bartender he have more experience my holiday enjoy thank you very much Rixos team see you next time

Great Stay

We have stayed a few times in this hotel always in October. The hotel has an amazing setting, beautiful beach and a very luxurious feel. The staff in the hotel are amazing, and cannot do enough for you. Since our last stay there have been some improvements. The beach bar area has been much improved in the last year with more places to sit and sunset vibe DJ music before the beach closes for the evening. Roshan and his team offer excellent service, always greet you with a smile and cannot do enough for you. They work tirelessly all day, and this area of the hotel is a big improvement. There is also a new 'Sports' bar in the hotel with a pool table which is really underused. It is a massive space and was a relaxing environment to be in. We have always loved the lobby bar. They serve excellent coffee and cocktails. It was great to see Didem and Wendell again this year. Their service was also excellent and a great asset to the hotel. The only area that I found disappointing this year was the lack of theme nights in the buffet. Last year there were three nights a week when the food was changed up. Would be good to have this reinstated as we would like to return next year.

Amazing food, music and service. Special thanks to Ianne serving us, and Ravi who came to ask us a few times if everything was ok. I recommend this restaurant to try whilst staying at this hotel or even just visiting. Pizza was absolutely delicious.

I'am completely impressed to the Front Office Staff/Services by their professionalism and a very good customer service. Front Office Staff is not only friendly but highly skilled too. Amazing Team, Amazing place. I highly recommend Rixos Hotel.

We stayed in 2021 during covid and were impressed so decided to return again this year. The service was fantastic plus we liked some of the new features such as the late afternoon beach DJ and drinks which had an Ibiza feel although the music level could be turned down a bit at times so you could enjoy a conversation together. ( small issue ). We also noted the change to the 6th floor which now the Orient - Turkish restaurant rather than the previous use as a bar - great addition and superb food and service. Overall a very relaxing 7 night stay - the location on the beach is great and the service top class for an all inclusive hotel. Staff - the drinks waiter son the beach have a challenging role to cater for so many guests but do a great job, so big call out to Kingsley & Gabriel. We also were very impressed with Shaira in the People’s restaurant at lunchtime - very attentive service . Thankyou. Suggestion - it would be great to have a more chilled outside bar in the evening - the seating area and bar in the courtyard with the entertainment can get very loud with the bands - always wondered why the area above the people’s restaurant couldn’t be put to use for something like this ?? Overall all though we will be back - great hotel and team !
