I had a lovely experience when i went in December 2025. I have had always stayed in here, almost every month since 2023, but stopped towards second half of 2025. When i was there after six months, i was impressed that they still recognized and acknowledged me by name. Gigi at the front desk (who always greeted me with 'welcome back sir') and Prabhu at the restaurant, who came to me and asked how was i doing. Seemingly small gesture, but these are the things that differentiate this hotel and the rest. This would still be my de facto hotel. Great work and well done to the team especially Gi Gi and Prabhu.

방두개 연결해 사용하였습니다. 복도끝방이라 조용하고 깨끗했고 요청하는데로 청소도 계속해 주셨습니다. 직원분들 간섭도 없었으며, 어쩌다 얼굴을 마주치면 항상 인사해 주셨습니다. 조식도 나름 괞찮았습니다. 재방문의사 100% 입니다.

Ibis Bencoolen scores high on location truly one of its biggest strengths. Everything is just minutes away, making it very convenient, and the rooms are decent and comfortable for a city stay. Two areas where the experience could be elevated further: • Lift efficiency — during peak hours, especially breakfast time, waiting can be quite long for guests on higher floors. Optimising lift operations or adding capacity would make a big difference. • Breakfast experience — the spread is good, but the crowd management and timely refilling could be improved to keep things calm and enjoyable even during busy mornings. With a few operational refinements in these areas, this property has strong potential to deliver an even smoother and more memorable stay.

Another amazing stay. As I m Accor Explorer member thanks to IBIS stays in my now a platinum member. They really know how to treat their loyal members right. I was upgraded to executive floor and had the pleasure of being checked in by duty manager Kabilan. He is professional and immediately recognized me as a regular and made me feel at home. Location is great, service is awesome. I wont go anywhere but here

It was a great stay when I checked in around 12plus on 9th December. Hotel staff was kind enough to allow early check in and upgraded my room to a higher floor. I slept well when I stayed at Ibis. Breakfast was good but crowded. However, the crowd was managed accordingly. I will surely be back
