We are also truly sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered. Providing our guests with a fresh, clean, and welcoming environment is a top priority for us. We will work closely with our housekeeping team to reinforce our standards and ensure that improvements are made. We also regret that the telephone malfunctioned during your stay. Our maintenance team will conduct a thorough check of the equipment in Room 526 to prevent a recurrence.
