第一天冷氣是壞的打了兩次前台（相隔30分鐘才有人來處理）第二天電視機是壞的能開但所有channel 也是無訊號第三天同樣打了兩次電話到前台（也是相隔30分鐘，第二次才有人來處理，浪費近一小時出去旅遊的時間）不同門的門鎖位置很多鑼絲也是鬆鬆的，要人手以指甲把它們擰緊。清潔房間的人手不足，4點多回來房間也沒有整理好，只好親自去找員工要求拿取新的毛巾自行更換整體酒店空間不錯，員工友善，但硬件上可以多留意一點
