酒店的床很不舒服,卫生间太小,酒店除了前台其他我都不喜欢

楼顶有一个live house,晚上住高楼层会有吵闹。

房间很好,酒店很新,就是电梯速度太快了,有时会造成耳朵不适

1.入住的时候,额外收取外国游客税,但是我在线已经支付过,需要再次提供凭证给前台,明显是前台没有仔细核对 2.入住需要收取押金,通过visa支付,然后过去了将近20天,还不给退回,跟银行确认,银行说一直是预授权状态,也就是说退房后酒店根本没有给取消预授权
