We regret to learn that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the availability of drinking water in the room. Please allow us to share that as part of our sustainability efforts in reducing single-use plastic, we provide filtered water in the room, however, our team would have been more than happy to assist further had this been brought to our attention during your stay.
