Great location out of the bustle of Patong and Karon, but within walking distance of everything you may want. We felt really at home at Avista Grande. Large, comfortable rooms, tremendous staff and service and lovely pool. Planning on coming back with our family. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel room and service. Breakfast buffet is worth of money. Hotel serves with high quality of food. Sago with corn dessert tastes really great. Oat meal is also very nice. Beverage is also so good. Hotel location is just very near to Karon beach. Outside hotel also has walking street. Very convenient to walk to see things around.

I just love the overall aesthetic view of the room, and those kind housekeepers are also so nice here. I just love the breakfast here especially the omelette omg so nice, for the barista, thank you for making such a palatable coffee for us. My little brother loves the swimming pool downstairs and had a greater time there. This is a perfect experience.

Great hotel with a great location. The hotel was located just minutes from the beach and very close walk to Kata beach. The breakfast was everything you expected from buffet breakfast. We loved the pool bar at happy hours, all cocktails we tried were excellent. The pool size was great size and never crowded. The dinner at the restaurant was good but the service needs addressing. We tried it few times but it was very slow and food came out randomly. Kids like the kids club. Was very easy to just leave them there to have a bit of play time. All staff were super friendly and the kids loved the elephant creations from the cleaning lady left of the bed.
