Nice hotel, the service is good. We ate at the restaurant in Chardi and I love the food. And what stood most is your staff Vince, he assisted with our food always checking on us if the food is great. We also love his smile and the way he assisted us. And also the other staff.

Perfect from check in to check out. Staff were great and very attentive. Breakfast is fantastic. Pool is great. Room was superb. Bed was big and comfortable. Easy just to hang around and relax at the hotel. Location is very good. 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Very thankful for the upgrade. Highly recommend.

Beautiful room with sea view. Lovely Eiad did a great job and always had a smile for us. Breakfast was amazing and staff worked really hard. Wasn’t keen on the dining area as like to eat outside on holiday and enjoy a view if able. Pool is beautiful but a lot of it in the shade so we sat on the upper sunbathing area. The hotel is of a really high standard but massively overpriced. Easy walk to Kata .

We had a very good stay at Avista Grande Karon. From check-in until my last day, all the staff were very friendly, especially May and Sun. They were very helpful and kindly upgraded our room. The room was so nice—spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back
