Fantastic experience at Avista Grande. We were here for part of our honey moon and all the staff and service personell were trulx great and always helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a nice oasis in bustling Phuket, highly recommend Avista Grande.

Not sure what the hype is about this hotel. The hotel is set back off the road, entrance un appealing up hill— having to walk through another hotel entrance to get to beach or via another lane. Not on the beach. Paid for Seaview, the view is partial Seaview including looking into rooftop bar and down to breakfast restaurant. Breakfast options at buffet were good, however as this is indoors it lacks atmosphere for such a beautiful location. Staff attentive and aim to please. As it was high occupancy when visited getting a pool Lounge was competitive some days. The pool and swim up bar was nice. This hotel would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my 15 days in Phuket. Everything was excellent, especially the service and the staff. A special thanks to Yasser, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He really made our stay even better. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt thee staff were warm , welcoming , attentive and so friendly. The hotel is in a good location, a few mins walk to Karon beach, and is in the middle to both Karon beach and kata beach areas , so you have the best of both for restaurants, bars , nightlife and beaches within walking distance. The rooms are nice and spacious with a balcony and very comfortable. The pool is large with a swim up bar and staff again are very friendly. I had my birthday while staying and they decorated our room and even gave me 2 cakes. The breakfast which is held at one of the main restaurants has an amazing choice and probably the best croissants I’ve ever had, the main chef was welcoming and even offered to do us a breakfast to take with us when we were leaving as our pick up time was 5am to the airport, such an amazing and friendly gesture which makes this hotel one of the best I’ve ever stayed and will highly recommend and no doubt will look to stay agin in the near future.
