We came here for a week to celebrate our trip, after long periods of lock down. We came here with high expectations. However, we got the beautiful and big room. The hotel located at the great spot. The service was excellent, especially Bee at the reception, she is local people, she had a lot of suggestions to travel all around Phuket. She is the one who very helpful for our trip. We will miss you for sure. Highly recommend

The hotel located at the high hill, but they provided the shuttle van to Kata beach every 30 minutes which is more convenience. The service was amazing, especially Ms. Bee at the reception whom very helpful for us. She had excellent service and always asked us for the feedback. We recommend to came here to meet bee, she very friendly and helpful. We will come back for sure.

The hotel beautiful room. They have activities a lot for the kids. Thank you Bee at the reception. She organized everything for us. The restaurant was good. Thank you a lot Bee for everything. You make my trip prefect. I will come back again. Memorable stay.

Had a wonderful stay here, amenities were great and staff so helpful and friendly. More of a family hotel but still enjoyed our time here. We stayed for 10 days and location was perfect for walking into the main tourist area. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Kata.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the staff are so welcoming and always so caring. The house keepers are always making the room so presentable and clean. This is how first time at Novetel. Cheers to the chefs, they are making the best food for brekkie. Lai, Roz and Grace are the best staff here❤️ Love from Australia 🇦🇺
