Dear Jie M., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to respectfully clarify a few points regarding your comments. Your reservation was received via Agoda with a Twin Bed configuration, and there was no honeymoon package or honeymoon decoration request included at the time of booking. Therefore, no special honeymoon setup was arranged in advance. Regarding the 200 THB charge at check-out, this was applied due to towels being heavily stained and unable to be properly cleaned despite professional laundering. As the towels could no longer be reused, the charge was applied in accordance with hotel policy. We regret if this information was not clearly communicated and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
