Could Have Shown More Humanity I booked directly with the hotel for six nights. The hotel staff were very kind and tried to help as much as they could. Unfortunately, my less positive experience was with the management. My husband wasn't feeling well, and we were forced to move up our flight and shorten our stay. We reached out to the manager to see if, given the special circumstances, we could receive some credit for the nights we wouldn't be able to stay at the hotel. I understand the hotel is not obligated to do this, but I thought that in such an exceptional situation, the hotel might show some humanity. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to provide a refund. Even when I offered to find another guest to take the room in our place who would pay us, the request was declined

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We would like to respectfully clarify the details of your reservation for accuracy and transparency. The reservation was made for one registered guest, Mr. Aymen , who checked in and was in good health during his stay. During the stay, Mr. Aymen kindly informed our team that his wife was expected to join him at the hotel on 26 December 2025. Later, Mr. Aymen advised our front office team that his wife was unable to travel and requested a refund for the remaining nights. We would like to respectfully clarify that this reservation was made through an external travel agent, and not directly with the hotel. The rate booked was a promotional rate, which allowed free cancellation up to one day prior to arrival. As the request was received after the check-in date, the reservation was unfortunately no longer eligible for a refund in accordance with the agreed booking conditions. We truly regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. Please be assured that our decision was based solely on the booking terms and conditions and was not a reflection of a lack of care or concern. Great hotel in a quieter location set back from the main road. Friendly and helpful staff. Good amenities and large rooms with massive beds made up from 2 doubles. On the downside there is a large wardrobe which come a with 6 hangers and the bedsides are lacking drawer storage, actually there is no drawer storage in the room. Check in was a bit hap hazard I think he had recently started the position because he had to come to our room 3 times to correct booking information

We had a great time at movenpick special note to food by Indian chef Uttam and spa by Oil, others were also good Location , rooms , service all were class apart. We loved their hospitality such that we again went back to same place and cancelled our other hotel. Our 4 yr kid enjoyed their kids play area Loved Indian floating breakfast

Dear Jie M., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to respectfully clarify a few points regarding your comments. Your reservation was received via Agoda with a Twin Bed configuration, and there was no honeymoon package or honeymoon decoration request included at the time of booking. Therefore, no special honeymoon setup was arranged in advance. Regarding the 200 THB charge at check-out, this was applied due to towels being heavily stained and unable to be properly cleaned despite professional laundering. As the towels could no longer be reused, the charge was applied in accordance with hotel policy. We regret if this information was not clearly communicated and apologize for any inconvenience caused. great location right by the beach. we had beautiful 2bedroom studio was great. all staff super friendly especially orly and the other staff by the pool as well as everyone in the restaurant. would go there again
