预定时留言蜜月布置，酒店没有布置。退房时前台说毛巾脏了，洗不干净，收费200泰铢。

Dear Jie M., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to respectfully clarify a few points regarding your comments. Your reservation was received via Agoda with a Twin Bed configuration, and there was no honeymoon package or honeymoon decoration request included at the time of booking. Therefore, no special honeymoon setup was arranged in advance. Regarding the 200 THB charge at check-out, this was applied due to towels being heavily stained and unable to be properly cleaned despite professional laundering. As the towels could no longer be reused, the charge was applied in accordance with hotel policy. We regret if this information was not clearly communicated and apologize for any inconvenience caused. 感谢Rofen在入住前便清晰介绍了会员权益。酒店抵达江西冷、西蒙秀等都非常方便且有穿梭巴士，虽然毗邻闹市但房间安静、舒适。因为生病没有下楼体验早餐，但我女朋友反馈早餐非常不错。

门口有7-11，还有按摩店，洗衣房，周围吃东西也很方便，去6号餐厅吃饭也很近，6分钟车程，真的很棒！
