Your reservation was received via Agoda with a Twin Bed configuration, and there was no honeymoon package or honeymoon decoration request included at the time of booking. Therefore, no special honeymoon setup was arranged in advance. Regarding the 200 THB charge at check-out, this was applied due to towels being heavily stained and unable to be properly cleaned despite professional laundering. As the towels could no longer be reused, the charge was applied in accordance with hotel policy. We regret if this information was not clearly communicated and apologize for any inconvenience caused. 感谢Rofen在入住前便清晰介绍了会员权益。酒店抵达江西冷、西蒙秀等都非常方便且有穿梭巴士，虽然毗邻闹市但房间安静、舒适。因为生病没有下楼体验早餐，但我女朋友反馈早餐非常不错。

整體環境、地理位置很好。 所有酒店員工都很貼心、尤其一位Bell boy需要特別讚賞。在幫忙推送行李到房間前告知我的行李輪子出現問題，同時已幫忙修復，在此非常感謝。 輪子問題在我出發後到機場才發現，所以搬運運程一直非常吃力。沒有想過，抵達酒店checkin後，輪子竟被修復好，非常驚喜。 希望改善：酒店早餐選擇過少、質數一般。所以只參加了一天再沒有參加了。

入住并没有享受到中文服务，房间里有很重的发霉味道，半夜都睡不着觉
